Pros: - I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the care taken to make sure the frames arrived intact and undamaged. - I had expected my moulding to arrive in pieces. I was pleasantly surprised to find them already joined. Cons: - Based on my missteps I recommend everyone to carefully read all site sections and small print. Examples… - Clicking over to the Shipping tab explains that they ship small frames pre-joined automatically. Larger ones come in sections for home assembly. Exceptions incur an up-charge. - Hardware, such as points to hold the contents in the frame must be purchased separately. I missed this and thought perhaps someone at CFS had forgotten to include them. Nope. Another detail I overlooked. None of the cons are game changers but make sure you inform yourself as to what your order actually includes and what it does not.

I had a need for simply a couple, small pieces of glass. I couldn’t find non-glare glass at my local glass shop so I looked on-line and found just what I needed at Custom Frame Solutions. The glass would be cut to size and was very reasonably priced. Checking out I felt the shipping to be a bit expensive but when the order arrived I was really impressed by the packaging. I don’t think I've ever received something as carefully and thoughtfully packaged. I’d say this was a really positive on-line shopping experience.

I was very impressed with the turnaround time in fulfilling my custom frame--shipped to me only two days after placing the order. And it arrived only two days after that. Great! The only small issue was that one of the joined corners was not well aligned. You can actually see through the gap at the join. Thankfully it is not really noticeable after the dust cover went on the back, STILL. . . I would have expected your quality control to catch such an issue.

I am very pleased with this frame! Easy to put together, and quite solid when assembled. I used a bit of wood glue, but really didn’t need to. I used the chat feature to confirm the shade of brown I was looking for at the time I ordered, and received a quick and very helpful reply. I will definitely get all future frames from Custom Frame Solutions!

I ordered an unusual frame size - long and skinny for a specific document. Custom Frames was diligent enough to contact me back to make sure I had ordered the right dimensions. Good customer service! The frame arrived a little late because of the additional communication, but exactly as I had ordered. I'm consistently please with Custom Frames products and service.
