  I did a good thorough search on Google to find a perfect bespoke frame for a oil-on-canvas painting I'd purchased, and found this website that offered the perfect customized size frame (with lots of choices of colors, materials, and looks) for a very reasonable price! The final product I received was just that: a perfectly sized, high-quality frame, super easy to assemble (no nails or glue involved) and looks great around my painting! I highly, highly recommend this vendor for any bespoke frame needs you may have!

  This frame is just what my painting needed. Actually, I received the order and the corners splintered. I sent photos of the situation and a replacement frame was delivered a week later. this time the corners did not splinter but they did not match up perfectly. Each corner had one side over hang about 1/16th" or less. I was able to use a dark blue marker to cover the raw wood. Although it isn't visible immediately, I'm not confident selling it this way. I think the machine needs to be set more precisely. This is why I only gave 4 stars. This is a tricky frame to cut and I do appreciate the quick replacement frame.

  I spoke with someone who answered my call, and he helped determine the correct dimensions and frame type and suggested a few color options based on the canvas colors. I put the exact one in the cart at the time of the inquiry. When I went back to the website four months later, my selection was still in the cart. I placed the order, received the shipment, and had a contractor assemble it without any issues. Material can be provided by several providers, but the person who answered my call was the most helpful part of the process. Good luck to the rest of you.

  My first order here to frame a piece of embroidery I made. Wasn't sure what to expect, but since I only needed a 5x5, figured I'd take a shot. This frame looks SO nice. Great price in total, including the glass. The quality is impressive, the shipping was super fast, packaged very carefully. It also looks just how it is represented in the picture. Thank you!

  Pros: - I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the care taken to make sure the frames arrived intact and undamaged. - I had expected my moulding to arrive in pieces. I was pleasantly surprised to find them already joined. Cons: - Based on my missteps I recommend everyone to carefully read all site sections and small print. Examples… - Clicking over to the Shipping tab explains that they ship small frames pre-joined automatically. Larger ones come in sections for home assembly. Exceptions incur an up-charge. - Hardware, such as points to hold the contents in the frame must be purchased separately. I missed this and thought perhaps someone at CFS had forgotten to include them. Nope. Another detail I overlooked. None of the cons are game changers but make sure you inform yourself as to what your order actually includes and what it does not.
