I ordered an A3 Plustek scanner from Skycomp Technology. I contacted them concerned that my delivery from Sydney to Melbourne would get stuck in a delivery centre. They listened and got my parcel couriered by Startrak express. At 7pm the night of my order I got an email confirmation that the parcel had been picked up, and then by 12pm the next day the scanner had arrived at my home. I'm so grateful that the Skycomp team listened to my concern and worked out a way to get it here. You see, a scanner is important to me when working from home. As I write this review, we're living with COVID but not yet back in the workplace. A scanner is the only way to disseminate hand-drawn information quickly.

Minus 5 stars. Skycomp refuse to answer the telephone. There is no click & collect so I can't save on the very expensive delivery charges. The people who delivered the parcel, Toll Holdings LTD they visited the property twice and did not knock on the door, they never left a ticket and never sent me an email or a text to let me know when they were in the area. I have to wait until next week if I'm lucky. I've never been so upset. Your better off organising a click & collect at their depot straight away if you are unfortunately have to deal with Toll holdings. Don't believe me. Just read their reviews on Trust pilot 96% negative.

Good prices and fast shipping. I researched purchasing a non-standard USB-C card for my PC and found Skycomp to be cheaper than other larger online stores (eg Kogan, PC Case). The item shipped from WA and I got it in 2 days which was faster than getting something I ordered from Dock Smith in Melbourne (Iโm in NSW). Their communication and invoicing is good so I highly recommend Skycomp.

Skycomp was one of the few retailers at the time that had stock of a recently released laptop. Price was competitive compared to other retailers for the unit I wanted to purchase. Ordering via the Skycomp site was straightforward, no issues with the overall experience from ordering/tracking to delivery. Laptop arrived as described and was delivered earlier than I had expected. Definitely on my shortlist for next computer related purchase.

I was looking for an affordable of Windows 10 Home for my self and and friend. Looked up several computer stores on the Web for the best prices and postage costs. I have dealt with Skycomp Technology and I have found them to very easy to deal with and they have great prices on their goods. I made a purchase of 2 copies of Windows 10 Home (DVD) on Sunday and they were delivered to my home a couple of days later on Tuesday. The Windows 10 Home copies were as advertised and they were in pristine condition. TOP MARKS TO THE TEAM AT SKYCOMP. Thank you for your efficiency. GJR
