I purchased and fully paid for the newer Weber BBQ model on in mid May. 3 weeks later without any updates, I called the customer service to change to a Napoleon similar model and they assured me that it would be delivered within 3-4 days. After a week without any updates on the tracking number, I called again numerous times to get information related to the delivery and they never sent back any updates. Day & Ross responsible for the delivery had received my order in a warehouse near Montreal and took more than 3 weeks to deliver the package at my home. I requested to move the package in my backwards and the driver refused. I was not satisfied with my delivery experience and would recommend to buy closer to your house where I was able to get the same product at the same price!

I waited a long time for the order.... then it was the wrong size (my fault I realize - but the site could have had better pictures eg the picture of the BBq it fits...travelQ without the side tables), then I had to pay half the value of the item in postage to return it (being from montreal was a big disadvantage here). The customer service was good to send me a return label by email. I am trying to buy Canadian, but this backfired in this case. So I did not buy another one from you as I would have had to pay the shipping again... so I just went to Canadian tire and picked it up the bbq cover I needed in person.

Parts that I ordered arrived as described, were in good condition and shipping was earlier than expected. the only downside was on my first order I ordered the stainless grate not realizing that actually 3 were required so had to order 2 more and pay shipping again. Not a big deal and probably my mistake for not looking into it more. It is however nice to find all the parts are available for a 15 year old BBQ

The product I ordered was great and arrived in good condition, however, I was disappointed that I had to continually reach out to the company to find out where it was. I was informed that the item was out of stock (it didn't indicate this on the website) and I was given a shipping date. No problem, I could wait. Date came and went. I reached out to find out what was happening and was told it would be shipped "next week". I was told this 3 times and each time I had to reach out to the company to find out what was happening. No one ever contacted me to let me know about the delay unless I emailed them asking questions. Two months later the BBQ arrived. There was no tracking information for the item either. Just that it was moving. No estimated delivery date. UPDATE: the company reached out after my review and genuinely wanted to make things right. I had a lovely chat with their customer service representative manager and many companies could learn from her. Thank you Kathleen, keep up the good work!

Staff were excellent.I had selected the wrong fuel in error. Called the next date to change the order. Customer service walked me through to the correct model I needed. And I wound up learning that the pro model had the features I really wanted.with stainless grills and higher grade sear burned. Customer service was excellent with all the changes. The delivery was when I expected due to holidays.and the driver help me wheel the bbq right into the back yard. Great team on this from start to finish. Just need summer so I can test it out.
