Used their online store, went to pay with 2 gift cards and a CC it emptied the gift cards and charged my CC. So I call on friday they tell me it was just a preauthorized charge and to wait 24hrs. So i call after 24 hrs the guy says he cant do anything wait 3-5 business days??If the CC charge isn't gone i have to call my bank, and for the gift card i have to call there retail number that is closed on weekends? Would of loved to be told that on friday. So now I am out $200 in gift cards and $0.55 on CC.

Put 8 items in my cart, went to check out and received a message ‘cart empty’. Called Customer Service and they asked me to clear my browser. Did so, yet problem remained. They sent a note for tech support. Never heard back. Called again one full week later, same result. No resolution, no attempt to contact me. Usually, I spend about $10,000 per year with their MasterCard. I’ll cancel now as I wanted to use the credits to purchase items. Terrible !

They have awful customer service. They don't reply to emails, and their return process is poor. The lady on the phone wasn't helpful today.
