First of all- the product is amazing! These tights haven’t run, torn or even snagged! They’re comfortable! And while my own skin shade falls between the two lightest shades, and they’re both good on me, I prefer the slightly darker shade. My only caveat is the price- which while it IS high, if you factor in a “per wear”, is actually reasonable. AND the company does run a large number of sales, where the cost is much less scary! That said, let’s move on to the company itself, and its public face- customer service! They’re truly amazing! The people I’ve spoken with are knowledgeable about their products, able to creatively solve problems, issues and glitches! And their shipping is FAST! The vast majority of the time my package arrives even before the online guesstimate (of course, there WAS the time my package went from upstate NY to Georgia, by way of Washington state!) but even THAT only delayed it’s arrival by a day! I have no connection to this company other than that of a happy customer. These are my experiences and opinions.

i have been a loyal Sheertex user for over a year now. i love the product itself but i do not understand the brand. First off, the website relaunch was extremely confusing and hard for people who regularly use Sheertex for work/every-day uses as we were not able to order for a long time. Secondly, the new colour scheme for the leggings is very different compared to the old ones, especially for people who have used the product for a long time, and they did not have any explanation or comparisons to get an idea of the colours. Thirdly, I was a little disappointed that after launching the new website, my order took one month to ship. When contacting customer relations, they each told me a different answer, some saying that there was a problem with shipping labels and others telling me they would ship late September as the customer was supposed to already know, (this detail was in small print when ordering the product). I usually do not write negative reviews, especially when I love the product, but I wanted to share my experience as I am not the only one with a negative experience. I work somewhere where leggings are part of the dress code and my colleagues are also facing problems.

Here Are The Facts! I Have Been Buying SHEERTEX Hosiery For My Wife, Since It Has Been On The Market. I Love Buying Her Beautiful And Sexy Clothes. Sheertex Is A GREAT Product! However, Please Note, That For Many People, The $99 Price Is Way Too High! I Have To Catch Them On Sale For No More Than $35. Then, That Is High For A Retired Person, Who Is On A Fixed Income. Sheertex Should Concentrate On Selling Volume At A Lower Price; In Order To Get Its Products To More Customers!

The order’s latest delivery was Dec 1 which is a long time after I placed my order. However, it was sent way after that. Customer Service kept responding to be patient and highlighting the order’s latest shipping Dec 1 but it was way after that. Moreover, when I received the tights, they were not sheer at all. They were super opaque even though I selected some sheer ones. Worst customer service, worst product and worst experience ever. I’m sure if I wanna return them it would be another headache.

The sheer tights were definitely less flimsy and they may be friction and scratch-proof, but they were not snag-proof. Some part of my laundry drying rack snagged a thread, pulling it out of the weave and snapping it and the next time I put them on a hole opened up and a run split the tights down the thigh. They also have inconsistencies in the weave that cause little darker spots. I will try another pair next time my size in on sale and see if this was an anomaly, but so far they only lasted me three wears. All in all, at least they were no worse than the pharmacy tights that I tried before and they are ethically made and shipped from my home city, so I feel better buying these than other brands.
