Every time I contacted the company via email they got back to me properly and very quickly. The primo model flies awesome, easy to assemble and very humble in the sky Great beginning plane even for experienced flyers fun to fly.

After assembling the plane and getting it ready for flight, I noticed a noise in the engine. I disassembled it and found that one of the bearings was defective, which was causing the noise. The bearings are difficult to find, so I'll have to replace the engine.
