Normally, I only write reviews when something is completely wrong with me and I wouldn't give it 5 stars. I'm making an exception for HEPHA. When I ordered the Trekking 7 LTD (Last Edition), there was a problem with the logistics company; the e-bike went missing and couldn't be delivered. After contacting them, they offered me the new successor with the new motor and 100 Nm of torque for the same price, which I immediately accepted. Once the bike arrived, I quickly got it ready to ride and thoroughly tested it on a bike tour with my friends. I simply find the design appealing. But the decisive and unbeatable feature is the power of the motor. On extremely long climbs, three of our group of five had to get off and push (all of them on e-bikes). I had absolutely no problem and even had the impression that it could have been even steeper before I would have had to give up. But even my friend with the Bosch Performance motor mastered the climb without any issues. I'm absolutely convinced by the bike and can wholeheartedly recommend it. However, this is just a first impression, as I've only ridden it for about 200 kilometers so far. But that's enough to put a smile on my face.

I spent some time researching online and visiting local dealers. Finally, I decided on Hepha. Why? - Motor - Features - Design - German company - Price Now I own a Trekking 7 Long Range. I've already put 50 km on it, and it's a joy to ride. The 80 Nm motor pulls strongly in Turbo mode and masters both steep climbs and strong headwinds. However, I mostly ride in Tour or Eco mode. It's amazing how quickly you can accelerate to 25 km/h, thanks in part to the 10-speed derailleur gears. Inexperienced riders should practice riding away from pedestrians and traffic. The brakes and lights are excellent; the automatic light function is useful and works perfectly. I've also added the larger BC 351 display and an "I lock it pro" frame lock with a cable lock.

I'm very happy with my Hepha Trekking7 Long Range. Contacting support was very easy, and my questions were answered quickly. Upgrading from 80 to 100 Nm was very straightforward using the app, and you can also adjust other settings with it. My only criticism is the placement of the bottle cage mount on the step-through frame. When a bottle cage is attached there, it gets in the way when getting on and off the bike, and it's impossible to attach a battery cover in the fall. These mounts would have been better positioned above the battery, perhaps on the side. But that's my only complaint. The display is very easy to read, even in bright sunlight. The 100 Nm motor is incredibly powerful, and no hill is too steep anymore. All in all, a fantastic bike.

The delivery was excellent. I had forgotten to apply for insurance, but they even followed up with me. I appreciated that. Now, after seven weeks, I've put almost 900 km on it and I have to say, it's a real pleasure. And the range is sensational. It's laughable when others are constantly searching for charging stations. I can't think of anything negative at the moment. Perhaps the only downside is that service partners don't differentiate between customers who bought their bikes from them and those who didn't. That happened to me this week. Thankfully, I only inquired and didn't have a problem. In my opinion, that's unacceptable, especially since there are people who move house with their bikes...

It took quite a while for the bike I wanted to become available. But now I have it. I'm very happy with the "Trekking 7 Performance" e-bike with its 90Nm motor. You can really feel the assistance, especially on hills. Simply superb. The quality is excellent, from the frame to everything else – everything is very well made. It's a real eye-catcher. For normal use, I ride in Eco mode. It's perfectly adequate. I also contacted their customer service with various questions, both by phone and email. I always received clear and understandable answers to my questions. All in all, Hepha was a lucky find for me, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
