Overall, the bike is good and solid. The 100Nm motor is impressive and provides a powerful ride. It's fun to ride and convincing overall, but with some limitations. The bike had several issues, particularly during assembly. For example, the stem wasn't tightened properly, although this wasn't immediately obvious. The front brake caliper was also loose and had to be adjusted and secured. Several screws weren't tight enough, necessitating a complete inspection of the bike. The individual components are standard and nothing special, but they are adequate. Ultimately, I would definitely recommend buying it, but not online. I suggest purchasing it from a dealer. The dealer network is limited and often not nearby.

Top quality, excellent packaging, easy assembly. After the first 500 km, I'm very happy with my decision to buy a Hepha 7. The price-performance ratio is superb. I'm particularly impressed by the 100 Nm of torque and the 804 W output, which even in Turbo mode still had 35% remaining capacity after my 150 km ride. I hope it stays that way. I'll be fitting a different saddle and grips soon. That's the only thing I can find to criticize so far. All in all, I highly recommend the Hepha 7.

The e-bike itself is great. Solid and reliable. The customer support, however, is unsatisfactory. I had trouble getting the motor checked, and the repair shop struggled to obtain spare parts. The charger broke down after two years. Of all places, in Poland. I had to cut my trip short because European chargers use a different plug, and Hepha quoted a delivery time of 10 to 14 days. In reality, it only took four days. I could have just as easily had it shipped to Poland.

The color and design of the Trekking 7 Ltd (men's version) appealed to me. The 100 Nm of torque was the deciding factor. The online ordering process is quite simple (selecting color, torque, and frame size) and straightforward. Delivery took 10 days in my case. After the first test ride, I discovered a defect in the bike (battery) and immediately contacted customer service. In my opinion, customer service is very competent and works closely with the quality department, supported by documentation. After a complete description of the problem and a check of two mechanical settings, a new battery was sent to me without any fuss. Customer service and quality management are exemplary in my view. This outstanding service led me to order another Trekking bike (Trecking 7 StepThrough with an 804 Wh battery and 100 Nm of torque) for my wife. This one was delivered after only 6 days. Now we, as fair-weather cyclists, pedal together towards the sunset. Both bikes are very easy to handle. The 100 Nm of torque will put a smile on even the grumpiest face. The range of up to 200 km leaves nothing to be desired. Since we almost exclusively ride in support levels 2 and 3, we recharge the batteries every 120 km. The option to retrofit a frame lock has also been considered; threads and screws are already in place. The only drawback is the rigid seatpost. This means every bump is transmitted unfiltered to your backside. We remedied this shortcoming by adding a suspension seatpost of our choice.

Normally, I only write reviews when something is completely wrong with me and I wouldn't give it 5 stars. I'm making an exception for HEPHA. When I ordered the Trekking 7 LTD (Last Edition), there was a problem with the logistics company; the e-bike went missing and couldn't be delivered. After contacting them, they offered me the new successor with the new motor and 100 Nm of torque for the same price, which I immediately accepted. Once the bike arrived, I quickly got it ready to ride and thoroughly tested it on a bike tour with my friends. I simply find the design appealing. But the decisive and unbeatable feature is the power of the motor. On extremely long climbs, three of our group of five had to get off and push (all of them on e-bikes). I had absolutely no problem and even had the impression that it could have been even steeper before I would have had to give up. But even my friend with the Bosch Performance motor mastered the climb without any issues. I'm absolutely convinced by the bike and can wholeheartedly recommend it. However, this is just a first impression, as I've only ridden it for about 200 kilometers so far. But that's enough to put a smile on my face.
