Especially with the Premium Membership, you get an additional 10% discount! This applies to both already reduced items and items with regular prices. Also, always free shipping with no minimum order value, including priority shipping. The Premium Membership costs €9.99 annually. This €9.99 for the Premium Membership pays for itself after just a few orders and is really worth it! The €9.99 calculated over a year is practically free! That's €0.83 per month! So, nothing! In my opinion, this €9.99 annually is negligible! It costs almost nothing, and you benefit from it as a customer. Premium membership is my absolute recommendation for people who order frequently. It's worth it in every way! Whether you order a lot or a little. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company's service. The delivery was slow, unreliable, and poorly organized. There was no clear information about the delivery status. Flexible delivery options were not offered. Other companies deliver my orders the very next day. With these providers, delivery works significantly better. There, I have the option of redirecting the shipment to a parcel locker. Alternatively, I can have my package delivered to a DHL branch. These options are completely missing here or don't work. However, the most important difference is the communication. Other delivery services call me. We can communicate and find a solution together. This allows us to arrange a second delivery date. This date then also works with my being home. That's exactly what I expect from professional service. This company shows absolutely no customer focus. They don't listen to the recipient. As a customer, you don't feel valued. This causes unnecessary stress and wasted time. I no longer have the patience for such processes. ... This service is unacceptable to me. I will not use this company again in the future. I will also not recommend them to anyone. I do not wish to be contacted again. Other companies demonstrate daily that it can be done much better.

I am very disappointed with my first experience with ParfumDreams. I placed and fully paid for my order via PayPal. The payment was successfully deducted from my account. The following business day, I received a reimbursement along with a receipt correction, but there was no explanation whatsoever as to why my order had been cancelled. I then contacted your customer support. During my first call, the phone was answered and immediately disconnected, which gave the impression that the call was not taken because it was close to the end of the shift. On my second attempt, I reached an agent who accepted the call. Although she could not explain why the order had been cancelled, she escalated the case and informed me that I would receive an update the following day. I also explained that I was flying on Sunday and had intentionally placed my order a week in advance to ensure delivery before my trip. I told her I was hesitant to place the order again because I was concerned it might be cancelled a second time. She advised me to wait for the outcome of the escalation. The next day, I received an email stating that the order had not been completed by me (“cancelled by the customer”) and that no payment had been charged. This explanation is simply incorrect. The payment was successfully processed through PayPal, the full amount was deducted from my account, and only afterwards was I refunded. I have never experienced any issues with PayPal, and I was able to place the exact same order with another retailer using the same payment method without any problems. What disappointed me most was not the cancellation itself, but the lack of transparency and the inaccurate explanation provided afterwards. As an Engineering and Technical Support Manager myself, I believe clear communication and accurate information are fundamental to good customer service. Receiving a refund and a receipt correction without any explanation, followed by an explanation that contradicts what actually happened, falls well below the level of service I would expect. Unfortunately, this was my first experience with ParfumDreams, and it will most likely be my last.
