I've placed many orders with Parfumdreams, from a single perfume to a larger order. If the product was listed as immediately available on the website, it usually was. On average, I received my package within two days (excluding Sundays and holidays), and sometimes even the next day if I ordered in the morning. Shipping to DHL Packstations is easily possible and can even be selected directly from your saved delivery addresses to simplify address entry – something I rarely see with online retailers, and a big plus for me. Unfortunately, the packaging lacks sufficient padding, so the perfumes slide around during transit. However, none of the perfumes have arrived damaged so far, and the packaging has been slightly improved. Larger packages now include a cardboard insert and secured lid, which at least prevents the perfumes from shifting around. With other sellers, perfumes sometimes arrived damaged even with padding, so I don't consider this a major issue. A necessary return, which wasn't Parfumdreams' fault, also went completely smoothly and was free of charge. Whether this was due to my premium membership or is standard practice at Parfumdreams, I can't say. The premium membership is available for ten euros per year. This includes free shipping, a 10% discount on all orders (even already reduced items), and priority shipping. The support is prompt and customer-friendly. All in all, I'm very satisfied. Goods received. Goods as described. Goods securely and well packaged. Immediately visible and recognizable if someone has tried to open the package or similar. The two samples I selected were included. Original goods in sealed original packaging. Fast shipping. Very often, compared to other retailers/shops, always top prices! Especially with the Premium Membership, you get an additional 10% discount! This applies to both already reduced items and items with regular prices. Also, always free shipping with no minimum order value, including priority shipping. The Premium Membership costs €9.99 annually. This €9.99 for the Premium Membership pays for itself after just a few orders and is really worth it! The €9.99 calculated over a year is practically free! That's €0.83 per month! So, nothing! In my opinion, this €9.99 annually is negligible! It costs almost nothing, and you benefit from it as a customer. Premium membership is my absolute recommendation for people who order frequently. It's worth it in every way! Whether you order a lot or a little. A major advantage of premium membership is a 10% discount on EVERYTHING, free shipping with no minimum order value, and priority express shipping (orders for premium members are processed first). Plus, with every order, you always get up to two free samples, which you can choose yourself during the checkout process. Really great!

I ordered a perfume and a deodorant, both of which, according to the website, should have been delivered quickly. I even purchased a premium membership because of the discount and because I was promised even faster shipping. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. After almost a week without a shipping confirmation, I called customer service to ask if there were any problems with my order. The young woman on the phone immediately cut me off in the most colloquial, slangy way (I don't know how else to describe it), saying I had to wait for the email and that if I hadn't received one, she couldn't help me. She didn't even ask for my order number. When I asked how long the shipping times generally were, she thought for a moment and then simply replied, "One week." The next day, the week was over, and this time I sent an email via the contact form. A few hours later, I received an email informing me that my order had been canceled. Unfortunately, I had paid with gift cards, so I had to try again. I wanted to contact customer service first to check if both items were actually available. This time I was in luck. The friendly woman on the phone told me (in standard German) that the deodorant was now back in stock and that was probably the reason for the delay. She suggested I simply place the order again—this time everything should go smoothly. And thankfully, it did. A few hours later, I received confirmation that the shipping label had been generated, and a few days later I received my package. Unfortunately, it was missing all the packing material—but at least the bottle was undamaged and it arrived at all. Never again!
