The ergonomics are deplorable, and the connectivity with the M1 chips in macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 is disastrous, although it works perfectly on the phone. There's a constant feeling that the earbuds might fall out. On the other hand, the app allows for incredibly effective sound customization. The case gets dirty easily, and the yellow lettering underneath is both ugly and too conspicuous, contrary to the misleading photos on the website; you should be wary of this. In short, the experience is very frustrating, especially since the price could be reduced by €50 to €100.

Well, I have four speakers in two different rooms and the controller only controls two of them. It's impossible to control all four if I want to. So I have to buy two more, which is expensive and not very efficient!

Excellent in-store service. Poor after-sales service: returns and exchanges are impossible in-store; it's handled by a courier service (as a customer, I find this appalling for a product that's supposed to be high-end). The telephone support is very courteous and friendly, but can't find a solution to compensate for the poor technological design of this subpar product.

The remote control does not meet the needs and expectations I expressed when I visited the store; it doesn't allow me to turn the soundbar on remotely. I'm disappointed considering the price.

The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable in the field. I've been to the Velizy 2 store several times and have always found the staff pleasant. They are very knowledgeable in their area compared to other audio brand salespeople.
