I was quite surprised to see that you were offering vouchers when you're changing your concept (although I haven't taken the time to fully understand it, it's not very clear to me). I came and had 6000 points to get a voucher worth 30 or 40 euros. First of all, you can't use it on sale items (which is the whole point of your site in my opinion), and then, I decided to buy a McCalson on top of that, but you have to spend 100 euros on full-price items to use your vouchers. The customer service is terrible. I bought a bangle by the gram, and it oxidized after only 24 hours of wear. The company told me that silver oxidizes with perspiration! News to me! Silver is a metal that turns green if you don't wear it, even after years. I wear silver all year round without any maintenance and without taking it off for any activity—sports, swimming, housework, work—and my jewelry never oxidizes. So instead of giving just any old answer, try contacting the manufacturer, whose bangle costs €380, which means their jewelry is defective. Sincerely

So this was my first order. When I contacted them, no one answered, but they called me back! :-) It's so rare to see that these days. The package arrived within 48 hours, very well packaged with a protective sleeve. I was a little hesitant at first, I admit, given the price, but no, it was perfect. I highly recommend them.

I stumbled upon this site while searching for products unavailable on the brand's website. It was a pleasant surprise, offering high-quality products, fast shipping and delivery in packaging worthy of the brand itself, attractive prices that defy all competition, and a multitude of discount coupons and other benefits. I also wanted to highlight the efficiency of the customer service, which was very responsive and immediately resolved an issue of dishonesty by a delivery company employee.
