Purchased a pair of Galvin Green waterproof trousers and initially ordered the wrong size. Placed a second older for the correct size and called Function18 to cancel the first order. All sorted in less than a minute and the trousers were received the next morning less than 19 hours after placing the order. Great website with a wide range of quality products always at competitive prices. Not my first purchase from Function18 and definitely not my last!!!

I was seeking to purchase an Under Armour lightweight vest and could not find the size or color I wanted in any US business. I came across function 18 via an Internet search and they had the merchandise I wanted in the right size and color. I did a quick check of their reputation and customer reviews. I was impressed and ordered my vest from Function 18. Navigating the website was easy. Even with shipping cost and tax, I was able to purchase the vest for less than I would have paid if I had purchased it in the US. Function 18 was prompt in their processing of my order and subsequent shipment. The only hiccup was in the delivery by DHL, which took two days longer than originally projected due to issues with the regional DHL delivery branch. That being said, I received my best in excellent condition. I enjoyed my shopping experience with function 18 and would recommend them without question.

I keep returning to Function18 to buy golf clothing, shoes and accessories. Their website is easy to navigate and their product range is always full of the latest releases at very competitive prices and a great selection of sizes. In addition they have some cracking bargains. Purchases are always despatched promptly and delivered the next day via Royal Mail.

Excellent online experience with plenty of choice from a wide range of brands and competitively priced in addition to speed delivery! Not yet tried their returns though if I do, I'm trusting its a far better experience than another well-known online Golf retailer that I'll never use again, and instead stick with Function18!

Another straightforward purchase from Function18. Great website with a fabulous range of products always at competitive prices. Same day despatch and next day delivery through Royal Mail so my purchase was received less than 24 hours later - that’s what you call service!
