Ordered a pair of trainers from Hardcloud and was very happy they arrived on time. Trainers looked great but unfortunately they weren't a comfortable fit for me so I decided to return them. Hardcloud were very easy to deal with both on the phone and via email. The returns process was very straight forward and I had my refund back within a week. Great company, will return for future purchases.

Happy with the whole ordering and delivery process. My husband saw these flip-flops on holiday and decided, when we got home, that he would like some. The price on the website was excellent, and placing the order was very straightforward. I was kept up to date with delivery timescales. Great work, Thank you

Ive been buying clothes from Hardcloud for years and never had any issues. I'm a fan of the style of clothes they offer and will continue to buy from them. My only concern is there's a decline in the number of brands on offer.
