I still have not received my order after ordering it over a week ago. I have emailed Lowplex with no response. I have tried ringing them, only to find that they don’t answer the phone and I can only leave a message. I am a returning customer, I’ve ordered from them many times but this is the worst experience I have ever had. Not good Lowplex, very disappointed.

I really appreciated the efficiency of delivery and the price point of their leather bound classics. However, the ones I ordered had scuff/ dent marks on all corners of them.

I was expecting a delivery on Thursday 24th March but the DX delivery driver could not find my address. He had a SatNav but phoned me for directions. I asked him if he knew where various local landmarks were, so I could assist him with directions, but he had absolutely no idea where he was or where the places were that I mentioned, despite having a SatNav. My parcel was returned to sender due to 'insufficient' address details - these details are on my online account and are supplied to the delivery company by Lowplex books. 5 days later it still hasn't been returned. Not only could they not find my address, I don't think they can find the return address either. Lowplex books said they will refund me on 28th March, when the parcel, which I have never seen, is returned to them. Still awaiting refund - the wait goes on....and on.

I’ve been looking for these books for a while for my sister’s birthday.They were a good price so instaed of ordering the first set I ordered both set. They were delivered super quickly and she was delighted.
