    I placed my order on Sunday, 10/08/25 - It was a 40th birthday gift I added a birthday message to the original order which was not included in the delivery I was very pleased & pleasantly surprised with the initial prompt delivery on 11/08/25, but was very soon bitterly disappointed when the keg leaked when we set-up the machine & tested it before the birthday celebration That resulted in us not being able to utilise the gift for the 40th birthday celebrations at all! 18/08/25: On logging the complaint, Perfect Draft's automated chat bot was unable to help 19/08/25: I did initially receive a prompt response from Georgia, in your customer service team, but she failed to follow up after I sent through the bar code & photo's of the leaking keg as she had requested me to do 21/08/25: I then got hold of Cora who did not respond to me at all apart from the automated response to advise that my issue had been logged 25/08/25: Sam, in the customer service team, has been incredibly helpful & prompt in their responses, albeit me needing to send yet more images & videos a week after being requested to do so by Georgia 28/08/25: Sam sent a replacement keg which we tested on the weekend & that worked perfectly I requested compensation for the litany of errors &, most importantly, the very disappointing fact that we could not use the Perfect Draft for our milestone celebrations 04/09/25: Sam arranged for a free of charge keg & 2 glasses to be sent out for next day delivery The delivery was delayed but we did receive the order on Saturday evening, 06/09/25 This issue has taken a full month to be resolved!

    From the moment I placed the order to the day it arrived, the communication was absolutely fantastic. Updates were clear and timely, and the delivery process was smooth. The machine arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged and protected. Setup couldn’t have been easier – it took just a few minutes, and I had my first keg loaded and chilling within five. The PerfectDraft Pro really lives up to its name in terms of ease of use and thoughtful design. The app integration is a brilliant touch. It provides real-time information such as the current keg temperature, how many pints are left, and even links to handy videos for setup, cleaning, and keg changes. It makes the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. The machine itself feels high quality and well-designed. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making it both functional and user-friendly. Most importantly, the quality of the drink has been consistently excellent – chilled to perfection and full of flavour. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the PerfectDraft Pro. It’s a simple, smart, and stylish way to enjoy pub-quality pints at home. Highly recommended!

    More faffing around than just buying cans of beer. Machine keeps making a loud buzzing noise every couple of hours. I read about remounting the tap and warming up seals or something, or that some kegs are damaged so don’t seal properly. It sounds like these machines and the kegs are pretty unreliable from what I’ve read. The beer tastes mediocre and flat compared to the same beer in cans or in the pub. They also use Yodel, who left the machine out the front of the house despite me leaving a note. A couple of days later they left 2 kegs on the front of the house and didn’t even knock. I got sent an offer for a free keg of Bass with purchase of any other keg. I tried all afternoon and it wouldn’t apply the full discount. I had to raise a ticket which had up to a 48 hour response time. I got a reply a day later but the code worked later the previous evening - must have been a glitch, but the offer could have easily run out before they answered. No phone number or other means of contacting them. Seems a lot of messing about after the outlay and for so-so beer. Quite disappointed with it, really.

    My new machine arrived on a Friday evening and seemed to have a problem because it was displaying “error code E7.” So I fired off a request for help and to my surprise, a reply arrived on Saturday morning with advice. I was sceptical about the “hard reset” as the machine still just seemed to be sitting there unresponsive, displaying the error code. To be honest, I thought I had a faulty machine. However I did as advised and left it plugged in. Hours passed, nothing happened so I went to the pub as being the only way I was likely to get a cold pint! By the time I woke up the next morning the machine was, to my surprise, working perfectly and cooling down 6 litres of Lowenbrau. One really has to just leave the machine plugged in for 12-18 hours after a hard reset for it to take effect. I think this could be emphasised more in the literature to save anxious folks like me firing off emails to say their machine isn’t working. However, all is well, the beer is excellent and I can’t fault the speedy support I received. I feel sorry for the folks complaining about poor customer support, I don’t doubt their veracity but I have to say this hasn’t been my experience.

    I ordered from PerfectDraft with the expectation of reliable service. The parcel was marked as “delivered” on the 19th of June — but I never received anything. No one was home at the time, and the delivery was left outside without my permission. Despite contacting customer support immediately, it’s now the 24th of June, and I still have no parcel and no refund. Their customer service has been incredibly slow to respond — taking days between replies — and their insistence on a signed declaration (even though the item was never received) feels like an attempt to delay or deflect responsibility. PerfectDraft are legally responsible for ensuring goods are received by the customer, not just dropped at a doorstep and photographed. They’ve failed to uphold even the most basic level of customer care. I expected better from a brand of this size. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them — especially if you actually want your item to arrive, or your money back when it doesn’t.
