  The shirt was good quality, comes unwrapped. Customer service not so great. I ordered this for a Christmas angel tree boy, 11 years old. I paid the extra 29.99 to arrive in 3-5 days since the school was picking the gifts up soon. I realized for 29.99 they were sending the shirt GROUND UPS. I inquired about the price and shipping it ground. She assured me it would arrive on time. 2 days latter when UPS still had not received the item I inquired again stating I didn’t think it would make it on time if they sent it ground. She stated that price was ground shipping 3-5 days and it would make it. On the day it was to arrive, it did not. UPS stated that they only received the label and not the merchandise. The very next morning, I inquired and they said UPS must have lost the merchandise and it was not their fault. She said she would ship it overnight and I finally received the shirt 3 days after promised. For 29.99 they could have overnighted it or USPS 2 day express shipping for less. They simply didn’t care about customer service. Very poor service and communication. I have to wonder if they were even honest when they blamed UPS for loosing the shirt in the first place. Good quality, but I would never pay extra for faster delivery. This company isn’t responsible to get that done.

  500 Level provides helpful, efficient customer service and an excellent product. Though my behavior with this order makes me seem like a helpless cad, I'll describe their responses so you can apply your individual values to come to your own opinion. 6/19: I ordered 3 t-shirts. 6/23: I requested via e-mail a size change to one of the shirts. I received a same-day, accommodating, friendly reply. 6/26: I requested more changes to each of the shirts. I received another forgiving, helpful response. 7/1: The order to which I had requested many changes arrived precisely how I wanted, with all my changes incorporated. Though I have not yet washed the shirts, the colors are true to the website depictions, and the players' actions appear even more vivid than can be seen on the website. I strongly recommend 500 Level for both their customer service and product quality.

  Great experience, shipping times are quick, however, children’s and toddlers sizes run a size small even before washing. Recommend future shoppers size up one for their kids. I bought a 2t for my 22 month old and it fits him like an 18 months shirt.

  500 level has been consistently amazing. From customer service, quality of the clothes and promptly getting back to me when I have questions.. I never even thought to give a two score.. but.. i had to because my order still has not arrived. I have not gotten any answers that are useful. No one can tell me where my package is. The only answer I’ve gotten is the usps drivers didn’t scan the package. That is why I gave a 2. Once I get my package. I hope I get my package……. Soon

  I love shopping at 500 Level. It's the only place I can get Jimmy Garoppolo merchandise. I've followed his career and love supporting him as my QB. Not only do I love the merchandise, but I have asked the team at 500 Level if they can make a certain item and they do! What other company does that. If I run into any shipping issues, I get a personal response from the 500 Level team. They are proactive and always helpful. I can't say enough about their customer service! And, they always have great deals and give us points for being customers. I recommend them if you have a player that you love and want to showcase in your fan wear. 500 Level is my favorite place to shop for my pro sports needs.
