I’ve owned a Bio Ionic blow dryer that unfortunately stopped working due to an electrical issue. I reached out to the company not really knowing what to expect—but I was beyond impressed. Bio Ionic quickly responded and confirmed my dryer was still under warranty. They explained the process clearly and asked me to send it in so they could evaluate it for repair or replacement. From the very first email, the communication was seamless, professional, and timely. Within days of my initial message, they were actively corresponding with me and within weeks I received a brand new replacement of the same blow dryer. No hassle, no runaround—just excellent service. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind their products, but Bio Ionic absolutely does. Between the quality of the blow dryer and their exceptional customer support, they’re a 10/10

I placed an order for two items and only received one upon delivery. BioIonic claimed that the mistake was on FedEx, when it was in fact a mistake on their end by not fulfilling the order to completion. I ordered this package well enough prior to Christmas, but then had to deal with their customer service to get my second item. This process took over a week, as they had to “escalate the request” to higher up - there was not a higher up. . it was a request to a computer. I asked multiple times what the company was going to do to make this right, in the very least asking for same day shipping, but they did not do that. I was very disappointed in dealing with this company and will never shop through BioIonic again.

Horrible customer service. I paid an extra $15 per second day service to have it shipped to me by a certain date. It wasn’t shipped for four days and then it took another three days to be delivered after that so it took an entire week to get to me after I ordered it. They insisted it wasn’t late, but it definitely was and their story keeps changing about how the shipping works. None of their stories justify why I paid $15 for a second day service when it arrived an entire week later and they refuse to give me a refund for shipping. They also sent me the wrong size so I will be returning it so I basically paid for $15 shipping for no reason and they are fighting with me about refunding it.

Super disappointed in this company and their lack of care and concern for their customers. I was a first-time customer and purchased two curling irons for each of my daughters for Christmas, which included a free gift. Unfortunately, there was only one curling iron received in our shipment, but I assumed that maybe they were shipped separately, which tends to happen during sales. After not receiving the second one within an appropriate amount of time, I reached out to Customerservice and was told that both curling irons and the gift should've been in that box. I sent them pictures and documentation showing that I only received the one curling iron and then they stopped responding. I have reached out multiple more times in order to hopefully find a solution with zero communication back from the company. Super disappointed as these Hair tools are not cheap and they were the top items on my daughter's Christmas list. :(

Love the curling iron and the quality. Not in love with customer service and how my email was disregarded even though they said it would be sent to someone to address. I have waited almost 2 weeks and still haven’t heard anything. It was very frustrating spending the same amount as my 2 friends on a curling iron and they both got free shipping and I had to pay $10. And mine got to me 2 days after theirs did even though I paid for the shipping. Customer service and shipping management would get 1 star if it weren’t for the quality of the product.
