It's an awesome flat iron that works beautifully. Fingers crossed this one lasts longer than 18 months. Under the warranty, I received a new one within days, so that was awesome. I was so surprised the flat iron's temperature control didn't work after 18 months. I told some of the stylists at my salon about this and they've had theirs for 10 years with no issues, so there must have been a fluke within the last 2 years as I saw many other reviews on Ulta's website with the same issue I had!Less
