While the customer service is generally good, and shipping methods/practices/packaging have gotten somewhat better over the past 5 years or so, I still ALWAYS receive damaged/broken, half dead, BUG INFESTED, root-bound, FILTHY plants that are badly leaning towards one directionor the other (clearly no one rotates the plants for even growth at ANY location, because I have received plants from FL & CA (and maybe a 3rd state, but I can't recall) and they are ALL the same issues, every time. The ecopots are WAY overpriced and constantly have issues - off coloring, imperfections, arrive broken, etc . . . I hoped Bloomscape would get better, but it seems they don't really care about their plants anymore! The plants I received several years ago were MUCH better, and every order since has been nothing but a disappointment. They do try to make it right . . . but it's by offering more sub-par plants, not a refund, and CERTAINLY not by making sure you get excellent plants for replacements! . . . I loved them at first, but now I highly recommend buying local instead - or finding a less expensive online plant retailer, of which there are MANY now!Even my local Wegman's grocery store had less expensive and better looking plants (including a triple Dracaena tree for under $50, and a red prayer plant for $4!). Do better, Bloomscape. . . do better :'(

Plants arrived relatively fast . . . . but they just aren't packed well enough to withstand horrible FedEx - they do NOT care if your box says "this side up, live plants" or anything else . . . pretty sure if you write "this box will EXPLODE unless THIS side is UP!!!" And FedEx would STILL throw it around their truck and intentionally set it upside down! They also delivered in a completely unmarked truck, and the driver was RUDE! I waved, said hello, was very polite, asked "how are you today?" And was just going out of my way to be very friendly, but the driver didn't even acknowledge my existence! Then just walked away - no goodbye, thank you, have a nice day - nothing! It was very odd and off-putting. My plants arrived broken, damaged, not taken care of, and had gnats in the soil . . . I didn't complain, I just won't buy from this seller again. Between the plants' conditions upon arrival and the shipper, it was an unnerving experience that I would prefer to never repeat :/

I ordered a bromeliad from Bloomscape and it has quickly become the star of my indoor plant collection. The vibrant bloom adds a perfect pop of color, and the plant arrived healthy, well-packed, and ready to thrive. I love how unique it looks—it really stands out among my other greenery. Care has been surprisingly easy. I just keep a little water in the central cup and give it indirect light, and it’s been happy ever since. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for something bold but not fussy. Highly recommend for both beginner and experienced plant parents!

The first plant that was sent to me was completely mangled, i reached out to support and they sent out another plant. The pot color that I requested was on backorder and nobody told me, so weeks later I reached back out and learned the color was out of stock, so I picked a new color. When the new plant arrived it was still mangled, although not as bad as the first one. The box was ripped up and re-taped, which should be expected using Fedex as they are terrible. There was only a single bamboo stick to protect the entire plant which had shattered. One bamboo stick is NOT enough to protect your plants. I have lost confidence in bloomscape and will not be ordering from you again.

This came with the box completely beat up and was open at the top. It was already looking rough and brown, probably from the rough shipping experience. The pineapple itself was half snapped off. It has a stick in it to hold it up but nothing was tied to hold it to the stick so what was the point? I have been trying to nurse it back to health since then. Paid lots of money for the plant itself and paid for shipping for it to be sent in rough condition.
