Well, I wish I had something positive to say about this shopping experience. I have shopped here before and never really had any complaints, other than poor quality of a few discount items (Explains why they were on discount). I placed an order on the 7th, they emailed on the 12th and I responded on the 13th. Furthermore, after receiving no reply to my email, I called on the 20th, even leaving a message, which their prompt say that says they will return my call. No call back yet. My order has been awaiting shipment since I ordered. I have emailed and called and yet to receive any correspondence back. It should be noted that all of the items I ordered were in stock at the time I submitted my order........So much for that 2 day air shipping. You guys are capable of better customer service.

I've ordered from Botach over a dozen times within the last three years. The single time I had a problem with an order (wrong item sent)customer service handled it better than I expected. They actually gave me options on how to resolve the issue. Botach has high quality gear and often times has exceptional deals. I look through there stock at least once every two weeks. They're at the top of my list of outfitters.

Shopping on their site was great and the prices were very competitive. My ONLY issue was the amount of time it took to get my ammo. Almost 2 weeks, though it may not have been their fault. Next time I order ammo and it’s quicker than before. I’ll change it to a 5 stay cause I really like their site. They had the ammo I was looking for, for my PCC at a price that beat many others. So other than ship time. GREAT site. I’d recommend it. Btw, if you shoot a PCC, you should give their Syntech 130 grain ammo a try.

I ordered the KZ Barrel Spline Socket STEEL Rod for 7.62 13 Oct 24 with 2 day FedEx. Botach sent me a tracking number 14 Oct @ 1227 stating it was "Awaiting fulfillment". At 1252 I received another email stating it was shipped. The FedEx tracking number showed that the label had been created. Checked the tracking a couple of times and status never changed from lable created. So, I emailed Botach customer service 22 Oct asking why it hasn't shipped. They answered promptly stating my order was being processed. On the 23rd they emailed that it was out of stock, but they had the aluminum one. I said I did not want the aluminum shaft and to refund my money. They canceled the order with no problems. The reason for 3 start is their web site needs to be updated with the out of stock status. They still show 2330 (yes, two thousand thirty) in stock. This wasted a week where I needed the tool. I had order the 5.56 shaft from them before. It took a while to ship, but at least they had it.

Botach pulled a fast one after I ordered a G48 MOS with a discounted special for a President's sale. After ordering and waiting almost a week without a shipping notification, I called and got the run around. The person I spoke to said they had something going on with the sezzle option and not working correctly. They confirmed the G48 was in stock and ready to ship if I would just re-order again online and the $$ ordered it for would still include the discount. This would mean they would have to cancel the order then I'd be able to re-order. After another phone call or two and to confirm the order, I would receive emails cancelling the order and to check within 30mins or so to re-order. Finally after an hour or so I emailed back saying I could not re-order only for them to respond with -from the email: I checked with my supervisor and we are currently out of stock for the G48 MOS at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for the bad business practice Ian W., for the lies and supervisors for something I'm sure wasn't the 1st time being done.
