Theyre trying to be an online eyewear company like warby parker but its cery choatic and unorganized. The instructions when purchasing prescription eyewear are to email your prescription to them, and since I made 4 separate orders (2 for me and 2 for my husband) i reaponded via email to each order to ensure rhat the correct prescription was tied to the correct order, but apparently the lab only went off the first one they saw and started processing the order all under one prescription. This would never happen with warby parker: 1 - because you can actually talk to a human via a phone call with customer service, whereas here it can take up to 3 days to get an email response 2 - they have a profile portal set up where you can attach your prescription and profile to each glasses youre ordering. When I tried to attach my prescription to the order I kept getting errors on their website that prevented me from doing so which is why I emailed it. They do have cool styles but honestly my first order was at the beginning of September, its already halfway through October and I haven’t gotten any type of update related to the status of that order and now I have worry that the other 4 orders are going to have incorrect prescriptions because they can’t pickup the phone and let you call to resolve anything quickly. If you only have one order maybe try them if you dont mind it going well past the 3 week estimate to get your glasses, but if you have multiple glasses you want to get then dont bother its not worth the headache.

DIFF Eyewear has been a huge disappointment. When I ordered my prescription glasses, the turnaround time from ordering to shipping was up to 3 weeks (not including shipping). I ordered 4/29 and followed up with customer service as my order hadn't been updated 3 weeks after ordering. When reaching out to customer service, though all reps were kind, they were vague in providing me with where my glasses were in production. I never received a shipping notification for them but was surprised to find them delivered yesterday (6/3). When I tried them on, both pairs of glasses had the wrong prescription and instantly gave me a headache. Now I'm being charged to return them. I've ordered glasses online for years and never had this type of experience through other retailers of prescription glasses. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking prescription glasses. Perhaps I'd have had a different experience with regular glasses, but will definitely not be a returning customer either way.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Diff. I tried to cancel it same day and they said they couldn't cancel my order because they ship it out so fast. *order came in 2-3 weeks* I then tried to return my order and they not only don't refund what your shipping fee but they actually make you pay an extra $6 to ship it back. I will never use this brand again. Worst experience online shopping in my life.

Lens looks like it was hand cut and doesn't sit right and on top of that the sunglasses are super crooked. I ignored it on my first pair but this time its twice as bad.

I loved my glasses! I'll definitely buy more in the future. This is my first time buying from them and I'm very happy. I recommend them 10/10 and I got a great deal, I was truly delighted! 👍🙌
