Honestly, my most recent experience with Estée Lauder was pretty good overall. I went in mainly to check out skincare, and the staff were really helpful without being pushy. They answered my questions, let me try a few products, and didn’t pressure me to buy anything, which I appreciated. The only downside was that some of the products are on the pricier side, so I had to think twice before choosing what to buy. Also, one item I was hoping for was out of stock, which was a bit disappointing. But the things I did end up buying have worked really well for me so far—especially the moisturizer. My skin felt smoother in just a few days, so I’d say the quality matches the price. I would recommend Estée Lauder if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality skincare and don’t mind spending a little more. If you’re on a tighter budget, though, it might feel expensive.

The Rep listened to my HONEST but bizarre situation. The eye gel was filled with a used cream instead of a new, regular eye gel. It was marked Eye Repair in an Eye Repair Box. After putting me on hold, I would have hoped to be compensated more than just a travel size eye cream which was the problem. Came back on the line and in a very brief and curt way, the Rep said they would replace my travel size then....twice said "is there any else I can help you with?" I replied "no" and she said, to my recollection, hung up. I know the company must get many people who take advantage but what I should have told the rep is perhaps the Lot Number if available and my willingness to return product. I do appreciate EL making good by sending out the Travel Size Eye Gel. Very kind to do so to replace but it will cost them more to mail out than it is worth. I really should have told them so as it is a busy time of year. I don't want to cause bad feelings as I want to remain in good, loyal standings.

First of all, I love the products I purchased! They have done wonders for my self-esteem and the wrinkles on my face. I’m 70 years old and was never consistent in my skin care. The makeup is beautiful. It’s easy to blend. Easy to apply not much fallout with the eyeshadow. My issue is Customer Service. People are kind, but they’re very hard to understand. And also your website is hard to navigate in the sense that you just go on order your product and be done. It’s hard to do that especially the virtual aspect. I did it one. I did it one time and I couldn’t figure it Out all in all. I will use the website again. OnePlus is sometimes you get a percentage off, which is really a great blessing I think if we who use the website should be able to have a period of time when the products we purchase not just one time, but the products we purchase we get a percentage off longer. It gives us the incentive to purchase more in a shorter period of time again, I love my products yes I would recommend these products and I have to my friends.

After Estée Lauder got rid of my signature scent, I was trying to find an alternative. I bought a sample pack, and it was incredibly expensive. Yes, I understand that this is a luxury brand, I relied on them for perfume and perfume samples historically. But the product was significantly smaller than I anticipated for such a high price tag. Additionally, every bottle had a significant alcohol smell. I’ve never had an Estée perfume with this problem, but it was impossible to use the perfumes for their designated purchase (of sampling different scents), because all of the smells were tainted and smelled the same. I’m worried that the full-size would either smell the same (worst case scenario), or I wouldn’t like the scent (because I couldn’t smell it in the sample). Unfortunately this resulted in me not purchasing a $400 full-size product, because I couldn’t gauge the smell. Really disappointed, and turning to a different brand to look for my new signature scent.

I absolutely love Estée Lauder, and I would 100% recommend it to my best friend without hesitation 💄✨ Their foundation is one of my favorites. It has amazing long-lasting wear and great coverage, and the best part is that it leaves your skin looking radiant and flawless without feeling heavy. It truly lasts all day and keeps your skin looking smooth and elegant. I’ve also really enjoyed their overnight masks. Since I started using them, I’ve definitely noticed significant improvements — my skin feels more hydrated, softer, and healthier when I wake up. The primers haven’t been my absolute favorites; I don’t feel they make as much of a difference as some other products from the brand. But honestly, everything else I’ve tried, I love. The price point is a bit high, I won’t lie — but for the quality and results, I’ve personally been willing to pay for it. In my opinion, it’s worth the investment. 💕
