This review is made at the time of attempting to order some clothes for the 3rd time. My original order was made a month and a half ago using the 1st order VIP discount, and after a couple weeks I messaged customer service about the status of my order. In short the order was lost, and they were able to apply a discount to my replaced cart to almost match the original discounted price. However, the total price was still a little more than what the original order was, so I had to beg for them to discount it further. Fast forward several weeks, and the same thing happens all over again, except this time they tried charging me even more than what the original AND the second attempt total was. I had to beg again for them to match the original price. They ended up taking an extra $3 off (whoopie), but the fact that Fabletics lost my order twice, and needed me to reach out to correct it, and still attempted to charge me more for each consecutive attempt to replace my lost order does not make me want to deal with buying anything from them again after putting in so much effort over a pair of scrubs. +1 star because the customer service reps were friendly and helpful when requesting a replacement order and discount. Edit on 18 August: On the date of making this review I placed another order to reattempt getting the scrubs I had been trying to get since June. Over 2 weeks later and my items never shipped. I contacted customer service and they were able to cancel my order and VIP status, as the items had been apparently sold out, despite getting advertisements for them daily for months. -1 star for wasting my time over insanely overpriced scrubs.

1. As a Canadian, shopping on a .ca website, it would be nice to have the prices in Canadian. It’s extremely frustrating experience to find out the prices are in USD once you’ve paid. Nowhere does it indicate the prices in USD or at least let it be an option to see it in CAD dollars. Many people I know (fellow Canadians) cancel their membership because of this very reason. Be truthful and open. Show us the real CAD prices! 2. I find it very frustrating to have chosen to keep my returns as store credit instead of asking for a refund, but later find out I cannot use my store credit on any type of item that is on sale or on promotion. Why is this? I spent the money on full prices items and promotional items. I should be able to spend my store credit on ANY item I choose. This is ridiculous. So yeah, I hope these two items are looked into because I can tell you as a Canadian, fabletics is definitely lacking. And not to mention we cannot print a return label. We have to always call and have it said to us over the phone, we can’t even get it emailed. Lots of frustrating points for a Canadian from start to finish. I would be more than happy to jump on a call to further discuss these pain points and help in anyway I can. Cheers

Had the absolutely worse experience with Fabletics. I know the Velour drop was popular, but I had to place a new order 4 times, and their excuse every time was their systems messed it up. Every time I went back to place my order, something I really wanted was sold out in my size. I placed my first order Dec 2nd and here we are Jan 1st and I still have yet to receive anything. All they did was give me a 20 dollar store credit, which feels useless. I want my previous order rush shipped, but I shouldn't have to pay the extra money for an order I have been waiting over a month for. AWFUL SERVICE. So awful, would not recommend and I am going to cancel this VIP. I have been a member for a month but because my order keeps having to get cancelled, it keeps cancelling my membership. I am BEYOND ANNOYED. If I could do ZERO stars or even NEGATIVE stars, I would. I have never had issues like this before when buying stuff online, this is ridiculous.

couldn't use any browser other than chrome - safari and firebox did not work. had to go find a friends computer to let me process to the checkout. I was able to find projects and put them in the shopping cart; but as soon as i tried to buy anything it would say an error occurred and the shopping cart was empty and then log me out. Very frustrating

I have never had issues with Fabletics until today. I tried to place an order multiple times and it just wasn't working so I started a chat with a support person named "Chris". Chris kept telling me to refresh my cart and everything would work. It didn't. I explained repeatedly that what Chris was directing me to do was not successful. Instead of continuing to help me, Chris hung up on me. Really not happy about that.
