Fabletics

The truth is, I love fabletics. I love the quality for sure. My issues with fabletics is that their customer service can be very unhelpful when trying to track a missing package. They have no way of contacting their shipping company for updates or for ETAs. I waited over two months for a package, called every week after the initial 10 days. At first it was the usual run around, “ it’s been delayed” or “ it’ll probably arrive this weekend.” After awhile though, they started trying to cancel my order. The problem with them wanting to cancel my order and issue me a refund was that everything I had ordered was now sold out in my size and color choice. After two months I let them refund my order. I did eventually receive my entire order, it took over 3 1/2 months. I can’t complain too much as they also refunded the entire order in credits and I was allowed to keep the “ lost “ order once it finally arrived. The other issue I have noticed is that they advertise certain colors or outfits towards “ new VIP members” only. For someone who has been one of their VIP members for several years, it seems unfair to not allow LOYAL members to purchase those products as well. Maybe treat all your customers equally, instead of saving the best for the newbies.

First of all, the quality of the products overall is excellent. Although sizes do vary between product lines, I am happy the the items I Bought. Returns are directed to in store, which for me is about a 50 mile round trip, so difficult to do. Once there, the staff is helpful and the computer system is well designed. The VIP membership is very confusing when you first sign up. I did not know that it was a monthly subscription amount, I was just assuming by giving them my contact information and making an initial purchase, I was "in the VIP Club". Not the case, and I quickly racked up 5 VIP tokens, which added up to a significant amount of money ($200.00 +) I found myself forced to purchase items that I didn't really need. Additional, as part of the VIP club, you could pay cash at significant discounted price, and routinely below (significantly) the amount of a VIP credit of $60.00 if you used your token. They need to significantly alter this process, yes you can turn off the charge of credits for one or two months, but this was only made clear to me by the in store sales staff, and had to dig deep into the website to see how to do this. Obviously, they prefer you did not turn it off. Selection for me, a 65 + male, I am not the target market for Fabletics. So I have canceled my membership and will not consider renewing unless there is a option of no VIP tokens going forward.

The quality of the leggings from Fabletics has gone downhill in the last couple of years, and of course the cost has gone up. I've been purchasing from them for nearly 10 years and disappointingly I'm canceling my "membership". The focus on functional and quality design has switched to just fast fashion nonsense with "celebrity collabs" leading the charge. *Edited to add* I received a response email from Fabletics on the same day I posted this, which I do appreciate. I will note that I've never had an issue with the customer service or promptness in reply and I find their return system to be pretty standard and easy to use. However, unfortunately when the overall product quality and selection has declined a reasonable return policy and prompt customer service is not the fix. The two best things about their leggings specifically for me were the pockets and the option to get them in a "tall" length, those seem to be becoming less and less frequent amongst the catalog. Not to mention the waistband design outside of the "seamless" options has gone from one singular unit with consistent compression to a weird belt-like elastic along the top most part of the waist, which is horrible. So I stand by my disappointment with the brand as a whole.

I have been a long-term customer of Fabletics, and have been really impressed with their products overall. Their activewear is stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough to go from the gym to casual outings. The fabric quality is durable, and the leggings have great compression without being restrictive. I am a bit disappointed in the lack of “fun” patterns and bright/crazy colors that Fabletics use to have. Fabletics scrubs are a great blend of comfort & style. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and breathable, which makes long shifts much more manageable. I especially appreciate the modern, flattering fit—these scrubs look professional but still feel casual enough that I don’t feel restricted. The pockets are thoughtfully placed and roomy, which is a huge plus for carrying essentials throughout the day. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The sizing runs a little inconsistent across different styles, so finding the perfect fit can take some trial and error. And the core colors are lacking lighter colors (i. E. Khaki, sage green, etc) The membership program is a nice perk, offering discounts and early access to new collections. However, it can feel a little confusing at first, especially with the monthly charge if you don’t “skip” in time. All in all, Fabletics delivers excellent value for the price, especially if you’re looking for fashionable activewear that performs well, and excellent durable scrubs. With a bit more clarity around the membership system, more “fun” patterns for active wear, more core color variety for the scrubs, and more consistency in sizing, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

My boyfriend loves these scrubs. I've never ordered from the company. I thought I'd get him a pair for Christmas. I signed up as a new VIP and was offered a set for $15. Great! I also added in a cart full of stuff for myself, him, and others as gifts. They were all offered at a discounted price as a new VIP. Then I went to check out and was prompted to add another set of scrubs to my cart at the discounted rate. I did. This is awesome! Then I actually went to the cart and discovered that half of the items I ordered went up in price quite a bit. INCLUDING the set of scrubs that I was encouraged to add last-minute at the same price as the set I had in the cart. I called customer service and Rochelle explained the way their bait-and-switch model works. She offered to walk me through how to find the actual price I'd be charged, but I had no interest in doing so. I cleared out over half my cart, ordered the items I was definitely able to get at the discounted rate, and will never be placing another order with this company again. I'm a years-long VIP member of Savage X Fenty and they have a similar membership-based pricing system. But at least they honor the prices they list/advertise on ALL of the items I order. I can't believe Fabletics would rather me clear out over half my cart and not make the sell on those items than give them to me at the discounted rate. I'll just keep doing business with Savage X and cancel my membership with and forget about Fabletics. ******* UPDATE 12/20/2025 ***** I did get an email from Lia. She basically said the same thing the representative on the phone told me, and Lia completely failed to address the issue that I was offered - as a last-minute add-in - another set of scrubs at the same price as the one in my cart and nothing was indicated that I wouldn't get it for the same price if I clicked to add. That was the basis of my complaint: there is absolutely NO initial clarity when it comes to pricing on how much an item is going to cost at checkout, and I had to go through this entire ordeal to find it out. I NOW understand that only one item can be purchased at the offered rate, but what I don't understand is why I was charged a higher price on a t-shirt because I already had a tank top in my cart. I also didn't see any disclaimer about either of these items when I was offered the sale price on them. To make the situation even worse, I just got an order update notification stating that my order has been delayed due to shipping issues and will not be here by Christmas. I was offered a $30 credit. After my experience I'm too traumatized to try to use it. I don't know if it's $30 off my total cart price; $30 credit only toward select items; $30 off only full-priced items; $30 off one item only; $30 off any color combo, excluding primary colors when combined with seasonal colors; $30 off any sale item, except during March, June, or September . . . I base my company loyalty on the idea that quality + pricing + customer service = value. So far, Fabletics has failed on 2/3. When the list of rules for getting an applied discount takes longer to decipher than a legal contract, I'm inclined to spend my money elsewhere. Especially when it is both ironic and unfortunate that the only reason I placed an order with Fabletics was to get my boyfriend a set of scrubs for Christmas, and now they won't be here by Christmas. If he didn't make the Fabletics scrubs look so good, I'd cancel the order and get him a set of (his favorite) Dickies scrubs. ONE THING IS FOR SURE: I will be telling everyone about my experience and deferring people from ordering from Fabletics.
