This is a great store for small affordable gifts, stocking stuffers, Easter basket fillers. And affordable, trendy home decor. They also have a decent selection of water bottles, and a ton of fun printed t shirts! I actually really love the shirts there, they hold up really well after many washes. And overall are made well, especially considering the price of them. I've yet to have any of the t-shirts with printed designs/sayings on them start peeling off or cracking prematurely/within months of buying or anything weird like that. You can get a HUGE selection of awesome candy too! Its like a niche', nostalgic and foreign candy store within another store! I mean HUGE selection. In my local one(S) there is even a big carousel-esk stand with bags you fill yourself. Think pick n' mixes or penny candy bags! Funny to go here and have everyone get their own mixed bag of candy for a movie night or road trip. Some affordable toiletry items as well, like makeup brushes, sponges, wet wipes, makeup. Balloons and party decorations. A few work out outfits and some sweat pant/shirt sets usually. They have some really useful things, that I didn't expect to find there as well. I've seen small electric heaters there in winter time. Tons of pet supplies, beds, toys, leashes, collars. Phone chargers, lots of headphones of all colors shapes and sizes. Laundry hampers.Wrapping paper and everything you need to decorate your home and Christmas tree during the holiday season. There's A variety of items to say the least. And even though there is SO much offered here, and they are constantly switching out new items to meet the current needs (like during back to school time, they will have more notebooks and paper and pens, backpacks offered. Seasonal items and holiday items swapped out accordingly) the stores are still somehow always kept tidy. It could easily become overwhelming to shop thru everything if it wasn't displayed nicely and organized. But it always has been. Even when the store is VERY busy. Highly recommend.

This was the worst Five Below I have been to. I don’t know if it was because of the area of town, being a very busy store or employees and/or customers that don’t care. I was there later in the day, around 5pm & the store was a mess. Product all over the floor, open stock boxes everywhere, a piece of shelf lying in the mix. Empty product boxes scattered as if the small item had been stolen. Very disorganized shelves. Employees didn’t seem knowledgeable about various processes (seemed nervous to give me pickup order even though he confirmed my name with ID, couldn’t respond when I asked why I only had 1 of my 5 items in my bag & the other staff member that was called to the front to help couldn’t explain how I would get refunded. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store.

My one-star rating is specifically for the online ordering at this Apopka location. We needed extra candy for my daughter’s favor bags, and while shopping in-store is fine, I wouldn’t recommend using online pickup. I sent my husband to pick up the order, but they didn’t recognize it even with a confirmation number, and only gave him one order. The one he did receive wasn’t updated until after he left and still showed as “open.” When I called about the second order, the person who answered repeatedly hung up on me. I was polite and even thought it might be a bad connection at first, but after the third time, it was clearly poor customer service. Honestly, it might be better if they didn’t offer online ordering at all. I only used the quick pickup option because I was at work.

Horrible the general manager 0 customer service rude nasty Received an email stating it was ready got there it wasnt i came back it wasnt the young called i guess the office it took her 20 minutes to come and then said i declined that order and then i said what about tge other item oh we dont have i asked about other stores she said oh idk u wilk have to call and walked away her name i believe is rose 3rd ave store Bronx just hideous u all must be desperate for help i dont know who wpuld of thought she would be a good candidate i thought that was the idea behind thevpick up i guess i was wrong Trust me i cant make this up the whole pick up was horrendous

All the items weren't in my online order and I was told I had to pay for items I already paid for online if I wanted to get them in store. The girl was dismissive and really short when I asked why and just seemed really intent on getting me out of her face than helping me or answering my question. I was also told I'd be getting a refund online for the items that weren't in my order that someone fulfilled and marked as being available, and that hasn't happened even after it was marked picked up in my email. It also says I picked up 3 items, which isn't accurate. I don't care for some of the customer service associates at this location. Won't be returning.
