If one of their products are faulty, plan on them finding a way to not stand behind it. I purchased a home with their solar ground lights. I purchased additional ones and then I realized on of the older ones wasn’t working. I contacted Front Gate and was told there was a one year warranty. Kind of weak for a light that retails for $70+ each. So I was asked the name of previous owner so they could see if the light was still under the warranty period. A few days later, I got a email reply saying they found the sale but that since someone else purchased it, the warranty was void. One, why did you ask me for the owners address? And two, why does who purchased it matter when standing behind your product? Never purchasing from them again. Amazon has look alikes for a fraction of the price. Probably limited warranty as well but atleast they aren’t selling them like they are high quality long lasting lights.

Purchased a 2 3/4 pool float that I have had for a couple years and have loved. Best float I have owned. One of my children dragged it across an exposed screw and cut through the vinyl surface. I called their support and asked if there was some way to repair. They were immediately helpful and put me in touch with a company that has the product that will repair the float. Loved their service and their products!

This summer we spent several thousand dollars on items from frontgate. We returned 2 umbrellas that were too small and ordered 2 more bigger ones in their place. Frontgate promised a full refund. They then issued a refund for less than half. When we reached out to customer service seeking the full refund they said that they “saw notes” that the item was returned but couldn’t issue the full refund because they didn’t receive the items, which they obviously did, because we already received confirmation emails and they had already issued a partial refund. Have been emailing for weeks and it’s exhausting. Won’t be using them again.

I ordered the 5 piece outdoor Cafe set...got it for the sale price....the 4 chairs came but the table came about a week later...the set is high quality and exceeded my expectations....can't wait to put this set outdoors.....the great thing about this set is that the chairs stack neatly and the table folds....easy to take down and put up....would highly recommend this set....wish I had more room on my patio because I would have ordered 2 sets....

They emailed me on the day my purchase was due to let me know that "disruptions in global and U.S. supply chains" have caused the order to be delayed indefinitely. Too late now for buying the gift elsewhere in time for Christmas. Their email gave me a customer service number to call, but it is "no longer in service". This is the same number that is listed on their website, so apparently the calls have overwhelmed customer service. Gee, I wonder why?
