Customer service is really good. I initially received a broken item but they immediately shipped out another one the day I contacted customer service. My only gripe is that the item I ordered was fragile and the packaging just wasn't up to par. The item didn't fit the dimensions of the box. Even though the replacement arrived ok, the packaging was still poor with the same too small box. Overall I'm happy with Fun.com. The item is exactly what it was supposed to be and they ship very fast. I'd definitely use them again, especially knowing the customer service is easy to get ahold of and they're very willing to make things right.Less
