I purchased the GhostBed gel memory foam topper hoping it would improve comfort and support, but unfortunately it wasn’t a good fit for me at all. The biggest issue is the return policy. Once the topper is opened, it is considered a personal-use item and cannot be returned, even if it doesn’t work for you. There is no sleep trial for the topper. I didn’t realize how strict this policy was at the time of purchase, and with a product as subjective as a mattress topper, that’s an important detail to understand before buying. Customer service was polite and explained the policy, but the only option offered was a $50 gift card, which I declined since I don’t plan to purchase additional products. I will be donating the topper instead. If you’re considering this product, I recommend being absolutely sure you want to keep it before opening, as you won’t have the option to return it if it doesn’t work for your body or sleep style.

My partner and I are trying to collect furniture for our home piece by piece because we live on a pretty tight budget. This is our second GhostBed because it is so difficult to find anything else that matches the quality for the price. Mattresses in a store can cost thousands of dollars, and you still have to buy a cover, sheets, comforter/duvet, and pillows. These expenses add up quickly. We have loved GhostBed because our mattress is delivered straight to our door, and we really like it for comfort and affordability. I will give 4/5 stars only because, we upgraded from the version that is now in our guest bedroom (just the memory foam mattress I believe), and although it was softer than the last one, we still ended up getting the mattress pad again because I do not think it is quite as soft as we were expecting based on their grading system. Takes a few months to wear in!

My wife and have had the bed for over the 30 day trail period and we love it. We had a memory foam bed the last 10 years and really started struggling with soreness and numbness from being side sleepers, so we started looking for a replacement bed. I spent hours of research on different beds and ended up choosing Ghost bed. After lots of research and going into lots of mattress store to lay on beds we went with the 3D over the straight memory foam lux. I liked the hybrid as technology has changed a lot since we bought our last all memory foam in 2014. We don’t get the spring feel and get the memory foam feel but with the cooling factor and better edge support getting in and out of bed. My wife and I haven’t woke up with me sweating , numbness or soreness and we are getting great sleep through the whole night . Also my wife is always cold and needs extra blankets but for some reason she is actually warmer in this bed then our last bed which I was always hot in. We will be keeping the mattress and not sending back. We did buy the split king which has really helped us since sometimes I get acid reflux and need to raise the bed which caused her neck pain. Hope this helps you make a decision. Enzo was our sales person who really influenced me to choose this company and bed model as I could tell he really new about the industry and product after all the research I had done on my own. Got the sheets in a split king set and ghost shredded pillows in a King size. Pillow is the best I’ve ever had which I believe has also in conjunction with the bed really helped with upper neck and back soreness. The pillows stay cool all night and easily form around your neck and head no matter if you’re on your back or side. The message topper we got was dead on arrival so we sent it back and are waiting for a new one to see how it works. Some of the bags we not inflating. Sheets feel nice on the body and also help keep the bed cooler especially when you have a ceiling fan on.

I was leery about spending this kind of money on sheets, but I haven’t ever been happy with any of the sheet sets we’ve bought in the past, so I thought I’d give these a try. After falling in love with the ghost protectors, I was hopeful I’d feel the same way about the sheet and boy was I right! The feel is smooth like silk, but without the loose silk feeling. Very cool to the touch, it keeps your body temp nice and cozy all night. No more kicking body extremities out from under the covers lol. I love the heavy duty full elastic band at the bottom. Really holds the fitted sheet in place nicely. My only displeasure was not receiving 2 sets of king size pillowcases with the king set. It comes with 1 king set and 1 queen set which I found odd. We just ordered a couple of queen pillows to make it work, but it’d be nice if they sold the pillowcases separately too so you could add that 2nd king set if you wanted to. Other than that, extremely happy purchase! Just ordered a second set yesterday!!!

So far, I love my new bed/Adjustable Base Combo Bundle. Having Ankylosing Spondylitis, it is hard for me to be comfortable. I have the 3D-Matrix mattress. Super easy for me to fall asleep in. I do wake up with stiffness in my back which is normal with AS. However, my pain goes away quickly after I'm up. I might say that my cat, Molly gives the new bed a definite paws up as she tries to take over my spot thinking I won't notice if I'm asleep. I may eventually purchase a memory foam topper but, we will see. I would definitely recommend Ghostbed to anyone on the fence about whether it is comfortable or not. I haven't had to call them about anything wrong so I can't answer to how they handle any issues. But, they are quick to get back with me if I message them. The white glove delivery is the way to go as I am disabled and l can't lift heavy things. Trust me, the mattress box and the base box are both heavy as far as I am concerned. Set-up was flawless and the delivery person was great!
