Hatchett had a great name. I was thoroughly disabused of that impression. The order still hasn't arrived after over a week. - Customer Service a native Spanish speaker, I think. I don't speak Spanish only French; despite my best efforts, I couldn't grasp some of the words she was trying to say in English. Refused to transfer to anyone else. Thank you for the arrogance. - 10% discount for first order refused as the code not provided in time for first order. Yes. You read that correctly. Apparently I can use the first time discount on the second order that never happened, thus ensuring they never provide the discount. - I'm used to two or three working days max for delivery even for amateurs on eBay. Still waiting over a week later for the order from a company that does this 'professionally'. Apparently I have another three days to wait before the parcel is due to arrive. Making eleven days in total. Remember this is my first ever order with Hackett. First impressions count. And you never get a second chance to make one.

I had an issue with the delivery of my order, but the Customer Care team handled it efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Their prompt response and commitment to resolving the problem made the experience stress-free. Beyond the quality of their products, excellent customer service is a true sign of a great company. Hi I returned today the items (Wool Suit ) - size was incorrect despite being labeled 40R (jacket ) . I already have a jacket from you same size also Saville line and the fit is much better . The new one is too big for me - the suit and the cover had a very strong smell to naphthalene . Impossible to wear like presented w/o having to send straight to dry cleaning (and it may not come out completely) - the fabric feels very synthetic (not like advertised ie as 100% wool )

I ordered online and chose to pick my items up at your Battersea Power Station shop. The staff were so helpful when I telephoned to enquire when my items would be available and when I arrived at the shop itself, all staff were very pleasant, happy, friendly and very helpful.
