Shipped out two days after I ordered it, which then ontop of that took longer than the delivery estimate, which in turn did not make it for my plans. They also forgot to send me a shipping link and I had to email them for the shipping link. I had ordered three backup dresses and this one also was a failure. After receiving it, I went to return it and realized I could only return it for in-store credit and would also have to pay for it, which takes more money out of my wallet. I can not afford to have a backup dress I don't need, I don't understand why I couldn't return it and get a refund as normal. I thought maybe I could go for the in-store credit, but then realized I do not like anything else within the store, and would cost me more money to not only get in-store credit but to swap it out for something I dislike. In addition to all that— I tried it on after having given up, maybe redeeming the situation, just to realize it fits awkwardly. I have an overpriced dress I cannot wear, can't return, and has no use to me. Worst shopping experience I've ever had and I will be advising everyone I know to never buy from Oh Molly.

I recently ordered three dresses from Hello Molly for a wedding, and my overall experience has been positive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product(s) descriptions and photos were all accurate and helpful. My order arrived within the expected timeframe, and the packaging was secure and neat. The items matched what I saw online, and the quality was as expected. The fit was true to size as well. I decided on one of the three dresses and returned the other two via UPS with no issues. As of this review, I am still waiting on my refund, but I know it can take a few days to process.

Overall pretty disappointed. I have been very pleased with purchases in the past, so when I saw your mid year sale I was very excited and way over bought. But almost nothing that I ordered was as expected. First, the size chart says I’m a medium for most things, yet everything is a bit too big Second the pants alone says I’d be a large, and again, they are WAY too big Third, the quality of everything is cheap and not at looking like the quality advertised or the quality of the pieces I have bought in the past Lastly, many of the pieces don’t even have Hello Molly tags, rather tags from other manufacturers, which isn’t a terribly huge deal, just raises more questions when placed in the context of how much worse this bath of clothes I ordered this time around were than previous. I know I paid sales prices, but for the original prices to be $80-over $100 in pricing I was expecting better. The quality overall felt like a SHEIN haul. While I might give this store another chance in the future, I would certainly think twice before I ordered from here again, and definitely not recommend the site for a while. Hopefully this was just a fluke, and not the new normal.

Incredibly disappointed. The quality is so so cheap, and the overall cut and fit of the dress is a cheap knockoff (at best) of the picture online. The dress was 140$, yet the fabric was as thin and sheer as a napkin, and it was so poorly created I wouldn’t have even bought it for 5$ had I got it in person. I am a repeated customer of Hello Molly and have never experienced such disappointment and frustration any of their products, especially like this. Genuinely this is the most unflattering, hideous, cheap, outrageously priced piece of junk I have ever bought. It is a crime to sell this piece of trash for 140$. Genuinely it needs to be removed from the website. Everything else is fine, my other dresses from here are amazing; good quality, good fit, very pretty overall. However, this dress is so terrible that I am convinced it had to be shipped from another company or that my package got mixed in the mail. I hate this dress more than anything. No one should wear it. Sorry. 🩷

Had an AWFUL return process and I’m highly disappointed in the little to no assistance I received during this process. You guys might as well not list a phone number to contact for support because I tried numerous times within 4 days and never got a phone call back. If my exchange doesn’t go well from this return I will be leaving a negative review beyond the site because I’m so fed up with spending this kind of money and being disappointed not only with the product but service as well. I will not be using hello molly beyond this and will not be recommending to anyone.
