Hernest has been my favorite furniture company to work with as we furnish our new house. The bookcase/cabinet we bought from them was crafted with precision, looks absolutely beautiful in our living room, and every detail was taken care of down to a perfect delivery to our threshold. Customer service kept us aware of every step of the way, the item came faster than expected, and even looks better in person than it does on the website! We are thrilled with this purchase and will be coming back to Hernest for more.Less

"They actually processed my cancellation and refunded..."More

I recently bought the Marisol coffee table from this company and I could not be happier! I was very nervous because after I ordered it I saw some very bad reviews about the company. So nervous that I canceled my order and hoped I would get a refund. They actually processed my cancellation and refunded me in less than 48 hours. I was relieved and impressed. I searched and searched for the same table elsewhere or even something comparable and found nothing. Once they were so responsive on my cancellation request, I decided to go ahead and reorder the same table. I ordered it on a Tuesday evening and it was delivered to me in New York on that Thursday afternoon! It was faster than Amazon! It was packaged very well and had no damage. It is a beautiful and heavy table. It looks very impressive and exactly as pictured. I could not be happier with the quality of the table and the service from Hernest. I will absolutely buy from them again. Also, I know that a lot of their reviews seemed like AI which also concerned me, but this review is totally real.Less
