    Horrible experience. I purchased the walking pad and it was shipped quickly so I had high hopes, only for them to be dashed. The box arrived damaged and roughed up. The machine inside was even worse. Dirty, clearly used although I did not purchase a used machine, the belt was already frayed, and the control remote was dirty and broken. There was a total of 2 pieces of small styrofoam as packaging inside the box, so the machine may have been damaged even if it was not previously owned. I contacted customer service to get the item exchanged. Since they have no phone number, I had to email. Two days after the request I got a response offering me a partial refund for the damaged machine. I replied right away asking for either a full refund for return or an exchange for a new machine. This was over 4 days ago and still no reply from customer service. A shipping mistake is one thing, bad customer service is another, but both together makes for a terrible company.

    I was excited to receive my treadmill for my office. However, when I received it, opened the box, and took the treadmill out, small pieces began falling out from the inside of the treadmill. I figured something from the bottom of the treadmill broke during the delivery process, but nothing appeared broken from the outside. I continued setting up the treadmill as instructed in the manual. Once I turned it on, I automatically began receiving a flashing "E2" message on the screen. I didn't panic, but I was disappointed. I reviewed the Fitness Equipment Manual and read that E2 is either the motor wires aren't connected/loose, the motor is damaged, or the remote is damaged. After reviewing the solutions, I opened the cover where the motor was located. The controller is exemplary. However, when I opened the lid where the motor was to check the wires and ensure the motor was fine, more pieces of plastic started falling out from where it seemed like the motor. I reached out to Customer Service on 11/22/22, and their response on 11/25/22 was, "Please check the manual for troubleshooting. If the error E02 is reported, you can remove the top cover to check whether the wiring is loose, or the whole machine can be powered off and restarted several times to see if it can operate normally .” This reply was frustrating because I had explained in my email that I performed this troubleshooting before emailing Customer Service, so it seemed like the representative did not read the details of my email thoroughly. I repeated the exact instructions, and the treadmill is still a dub. If I was going to buy something, why am I the customer making sure wires are loose or if the motor is in good order? I am quoted a 24 to 48-hour response time, and Customer Service returns three days later each time with a response. My reply on 11/26/22 explained that I received the same results. I finally got an answer on 11/30/22, asking if I wanted a replacement, and I haven’t heard anything since then. So, my overall experience is a 1 out of 5, and Customer Service doesn’t seem to care that money is spent on an item that, for myself, is clearly, a giant paperweight sitting in my office. I do not recommend this site or its products if you want to take a chance on whether your product is working. I wish I had read reviews online before wasting my money. HomeFitnessCode, please do better.

    I was shipped a defective treadmill. Out of the box the item has not worked at all. I have reached out via email and their social media platforms for a return label and refund. They wanted me to open the back where the motor is and play with the wires to see if it works. They even sent images on what they wanted me to do. When I refused to do since I put it back in its original box. Also, they stated if damaged in any way they would not fully refund you back. They have since stopped responding to me. I have a product that doesn't work and didn't work since it was delivered. Numerous responses going back and froth on IG, FB and email and I want my money back. I'm waiting to here back, If not I will file a claim with BBB. I wished I looked at FB when before I ordered this. I saw many people have the same issues on their community tab. The customer service is horrible and I want my money back and to get this non working treadmill out of my home, before the holidays.

    Website was simple and easy to navigate, shipping was quick, and the product is great- what more could I ask for! The treadmill itself seems to be good quality especially at this price point. The controls are basic and straightforward and it's quiet (other than the beeps when turning it on/off and changing speed). My partner who works in the room directly below mine can't hear me walking while we both work which is great. I do have the treadmill on a rug so that helps with noise. It's light weight and easy to move out of the way with the help of the wheels on the front. I've only had it for a few days but I'm really enjoying this little machine so far!

    Ordered this treadmill for basic indoor walking. It shipped within a couple days of ordering. No structural defects on arrival. Belt was properly aligned, but needed lubricating. After walking of speed > 1.5 km/hr I began to hear a clicking notice from under the cover, where the motor sits. The noise became more quiet if the speed was lowered and became louder if the speed was increased. At a speed of 4 km/hr I began to notice a burning smell. This is when I turned the machine off and emailed the company for a refund. It has been nearly 7 days and I have not heard back from the company. I tried to avoid buying from companies like Amazon or Dick’s Sporting Goods, but that was a mistake. I will not make another purchase from this company again. Make sure you understand their return policy before purchasing.
