The necklace I ordered was clearly described, easy to find, and the user interface is clean and navigable. I would highly recommend Jared Galleria of Jewelry to anyone who wants quality products at a reasonable price. The service amenities (i.e. cleaning service and protection plans) are incredible and I payed one time for a lifetime of protection. Thank you Jared. My middle initial is “J” for “James” after my father. And my wife calls me “J” as a nickname. Power is sharing love of a name! And there’s power in quality service that’s dedicated to protecting and preserving each family’s treasures. Thank you, thank YOU, THANK you.

Website is bad. finally picked an item, none of my payments would work. visa, MasterCard. tried the same cards in PayPal and they would not work. very dumb. been trying for 2 days on buying an item and I'm just gonna go somewhere else. you should too, unless you enjoy a headache. Couldn't even get the 24/7 chat to load, you click it and it does nothing for you, doesn't open a chat, doesn't open new tab. nothing. its almost like they dont want to help you.

I was fortunate enough to speak with Nick from the Poway Jared store to enquire about sizing a Levian Amethyst fashion ring I had purchased on line for my 30th wedding anniversary. It was a 2 hour drive from my home so Nick offered to have the ring sized the same evening if I could get there within the next 3 hours, so we made the road trip. We were received with an opened door as if we were royalty walking in by a Jared representative. The job completion was quoted for a later time, but I was called by Nick that the ring was ready in less than 2 hours. I was astonished! We picked up the ring, and my wife tried it on. I will never forget my wife's expression when she finally saw the ring on her hand. Her smile was radiant. I want to thank Nick and the Jared staff for making this jewelry experience as "one for the books".

I ordered a pair of earrings from Jared. They were LeVian blue topaz earrings with chocolate diamonds. I got them and they were definitely not chocolate diamonds. They maybe had a tint of brown but you can't see it unless you look really close. Looking at them they bare definitely white color. I returned them and thought maybe it was a mistake and re-ordered them hoping they would come right. Nope no such luck. I realize there is a difference between the picture of something of the actual item but this is literally night and day difference. Its not just that the shade is a little off because of the lighting. The picture of the earrings they show online is very irresponsible and misleading. I have a pair of earrings from Jared that have chocolate diamonds in them and they are a beautiful color brown. These aren't even close.

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve never had an issue. However, I was in the store (Tuttle mall) yesterday to have my rings cleaned and inspected. An employee greeted me rudely. Stating that my perfume/scent was so offensive to her she needed to stand at the other counter to help me. She covered her face with her blouse during our encounter yelling across the counter, allowing all patrons in the store to hear. This was highly embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. I have worked in a healthcare setting for over 25 years and can’t imagine saying that to a patient or treating a patient with as much disrespect. I was made to feel so poorly by this employee, that my husband will be coming in to pick up my rings.
