I'm not happy with my starter kit for several reasons.1) The dark glue is so dry it seems like it's already run out. It would be better to provide a full supply with a ring at the opening to clear off excess glue. 2) The Gossamers are nice and 10-12cm were the right size to send in the starter kit. I'd recommend labeling the Gossamers with the size on top of the disk. For a new user, this would help me create a great shape without flipping the disks over to make sure I've got the right length.3) I used about 1/2 the Gossamers in my first application. If I use this many for each set, I'll spend about $15 per application, not including glue or glass. I think that's a lot and there are less expensive, just as effective, ways to get the same look and functionality for less. 4) The kit includes samples of Meltaway- a product to remove oil and makeup from lashes before application and glue after application. The sample is in a plastic packet- think sugar packet. When you cut the top off to dispense product, it works. But when you're done, there's no way to seal the packet. Liquid pours out from the flat bottom and there no way to stop it except propping it up- which isn't a great design idea. After the first time you try it, it's gone.5) The fuse control wand is nice, but not easy to use when applying Gossamers. They fuse well, but Wandoms, which should reduce glue sticking, are flimsy, It's an art to get them completely on without popping the ends. 6) I ordered additional Glass, bringing my total above $150 which should have triggered free shipping, but didn't. I wrote asking for a credit but didn't receive it or a response at all. 7) The packaging is nice, but not worth the cost of the kit. Overall, it's a disappointment.

I love Lashify. The packaging is amazing. I don’t want to throw away the box at all. It looks like a party like I opened up a gift thank you so much for the extra effort that you all put in to make us feel and look beautiful. I hope you post this to the rooftops because you deserve it. I love the marketing strategies that you guys have and no, they did not ask me to put this up here. I did it on my own accord. I opened up my package and it was amazing. I look forward to a long relationship with you all.

I had such high hopes for this product. I am a lash technician, and usually do my own individual lash extensions and hoped Lashify could complement my existing Lash Extension set up; I hoped it would provide me with an easier & quicker way to apply my own lashes. I ignored my reservations and skepticism and ordered a few different lash products to try.I found the products to be very cheap. Cheap plastic bags, containers and nothing particularly groundbreaking in the lashes themselves. The products are from China, but there are certain grades of quality from Chinese products. These Lashify products are on the lower end of these grades. This was the first disappointment. The quality far underperforms expectations; it is far from worth the money paid. If they were a fifth of their current price, it would still be expensive for the quality.But, the biggest and most egregious disappointment was when taking the lashes off. If I wanted eyelash removal in one fell swoop, these would be the best way to do it. I am gentle in my lash removal protocol because lashes are extremely delicate. I dab each lash with the removal solution and have patience in the product to dissolve the glue. Even with this method, which works for stronger cyanoacrylate type glues for individual lashes, each Lashify lash stripped on average 5-6 lashes from my eyelid. I was horrified. I am worried that my lashes will not grow back. I wish I could upload my photos.Do yourself a favor. Do not buy these cheap Chinese products that are dressed up to look like Luxury. Don't be fooled by the chic Black themed website and IG promo ads. This company and their products are absolutely "lipstick on a pig" type products. Worst purchase ever.

I just started Lashify two weeks ago and I am absolutely ADDICTED!!! The products are OUTSTANDING: far better than any other false lashes on the market. The videos are a huge help and the Lashify Life community is WONDERFUL. I have received such wonderful advice from the lovely women of Lashify Life! The community is almost as amazing as the products themselves!! I absolutely LOVE my new look and can't get enough of it!! I love trying the new products and experimenting, finding the lash maps that are just right for me. I will say that the application does take some practice; watch lots of videos and be prepared for some trial & error in the beginning. It helps to post photos to the group and ask for feedback; every single person I have encountered has been SO indescribably supportive and helpful!! Lashify staff members will also look at your photos and offer their expert advice as well, which is SO helpful!!! I also recommend starting with a larger gossamer size (at least 14 or bigger). While one's instincts are to start smaller and work one's way up to the big lashes, the smaller ones are actually much more difficult to apply. So I recommend starting with the larger gossamers until you have your technique firmly down. (By then, you won't want 10's anyway! Haha!)... but anyway... Lashify is life-changing and I can't recommend it highly enough. LASHIFY IS AWESOME!!!!!

I am very disappointed in lashify. I have been using them for over a year but their customer support is terrible. They do not respond via email, chat or text. Their phone line is disconnected because they do not offer live agents on thr phone anymore. I can't get any help on my lost order and they will not issue credit.
