I made an online purchase which was told to be shipped in 4-7 business days (with the expected delivery day 9 business days later). When the items had not even shipped by the 8th business day I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on. The lady I spoke with said she would "expedite" the matter, have someone look into the situation, and get back to me the following day. Several days pass (beyond the date when the item should have been delivered at this point). I still have not received the items. They still do not reflect as shipped. I make another call to customer service, where I am once again told the matter would be "expedited". I am not permitted to speak with a manager. The customer service representative cannot cancel the order or reship the items. He cannot tell me what the previous "expedited" investigation revealed. Thus, I am only able to sit back and hope someone actually returns my call. Terrible customer service. If customer service representatives have no actual authority to resolve an issue or answer questions, that's not customer service - it's an answering service.

I placed an order for two items. One was a tank top and the other one was a double breasted blazer. The tank top was $12 and the blazer was $50. My order arrived and it was missing the blazer and it had an extra tank top so I received two tank tops and no blazer. After being disconnected twice and waiting over 30 minutes, I was able to talk to a customer representative only to find out that the blazer that I ordered is no longer available and my $50 refund is dependent on me printing a label out for the item that was received in error and sending it by UPS back to the warehouse , only then will I receive a refund for the item that I never received . I feel like this process only protects and is for the advantage of theLOFT. I believe it would be reasonable to receive an immediate refund for the expensive item that I never received, and if the item that I received in error wasn’t returned within a certain period of time I would be charged for that, but this only works to the favor of the loft. There’s a reason why I shop online because I don’t have time to run around and do multiple errands and this is something I don’t have the time or patience for. Terrible customer policy and service.

I have been a loyal loft person, but this delivery was terrible. I ordered three sweaters and one pair of black pants a week before leaving for a trip and paid for rush delivery. The first sweater is nice and came timely and in nice packaging. The second package with two sweaters obviously came from returns. Sweaters were crumpled in an opened bag. Returning those tonight at the store. And the black pants are coming tomorrow (a week after I ordered them express) and after I leave for vacation. I will need to return those when I get back. What a waste of money on express delivery and just awful presentation. Really disappointing

Order from online store, items ship very so in comparison to order online stores. And RETURNS, are a painful, slow process with no streamline methods to navigate using the same online options that i used to place the order. -the online label error message .. then placed a call with 30-45mins waits for human to answer. "This returns.narvar.com page can’t be found It may have been moved or deleted. HTTP ERROR 410" Lesson learned, Never shop the Loft, at least not online until they correct there issues.....

Horrible! I ordered a shirt on April 2 and got confirmation of my order. I got tracking information from Loft letting me know to expect my shirt on April 13. It didn't come and I stopped getting any updates. I went on the website today, April 15, and it says my order is processing. I called customer service and sat on hold waiting for someone to answer. When someone finally answered they told me they were still looking for the shirt in the warehouse!!! What kind of business is this?? You lied to me and than feined incompetence.
