I’ve been ordering from Lulus.com for several years, and even with some recent changes—like a shorter return window and added restocking fees—it remains my top choice for formal and semi-formal attire. The selection is amazing, with a wide variety of styles that flatter all body types, and the prices are consistently budget-friendly. The quality of the clothing has always impressed me, especially considering how affordable it is. Lulus really strikes that rare balance between trendy, stylish designs and garments that are well-made and durable. One of my favorite features is the customer review section—you can filter feedback by height, weight, cup size, and more, which makes it so much easier to gauge fit based on your own body type. That level of detail has helped me avoid sizing issues more than once! Their customer service also deserves a shout-out. Every time I’ve reached out thru live chat, they've been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Where do I even begin on this awful experience First of all, the quality is horrific for the prices. I’ve seriously gotten better clothing at H&M, SHEIN or even Target! The romper I bought for over $50 ripped as soon as I tried to pull it up. I pulled it up maybe half an inch and the entire zipper literally tore from the clothing. Which brings me to the reason I will never ever order from Lulus again (and encourage everyone else not to as well) 2 words, CUSTOMER. SERVICE. Well really the lack there of. I contacted Lulus as soon as my outfit self destructed. Which was honestly a waste of time. The agent asked me if the tag was still attached. Apparently if you tear off the black tag on the side you can’t return your items. That didn’t effect me, since I didn’t tear off the tag. But here’s the real kicker, they charge for returns. AND they only offer in store credit so you can buy more garbage clothes!! If you’re looking for an 8th grade graduation dress that you can only wear once (if you’re lucky). Lulus is the shop for you! If you’re looking for hostile customer service from agents who speak to you like you’re a scammer when you ask for a refund on their insultingly cheap clothes then look no further than Lulus! Last but not least If you’re looking for inconsistent sizing and SHEIN quality at 20X the price Lulus has got it! Stay farrrrrr away from these scammers!!! I hope this review was helpful, I am genuinely looking forward to the day Lulus goes bankrupt :)

I’m 5’11, 150 lbs. I usually wear a small or medium in dresses. I ordered a small thinking it would be more form fitting. The dress arrived earlier than expected. Sadly the dress was too tight, I immediately went to the website to request an exchange. I put in my new size and they immediately put a new order through and gave me 10 days to mail out the dress that didn’t fit. The new dress arrived earlier than expected and was perfect! Pros: the length is perfect for my height it hit below my knees and the slit in the back came about mid thigh. The dress doesn’t have a whole lot of stretch but it does have some. The color purple is so pretty and exactly what I was expecting. The fit was around the bust was perfect it held my strapless bra up and I didn’t have to keep adjusting it all night. The material is nice and thick not thin at all. I got a lot of compliments. The piece that goes around the neck shoulder area was stretchy enough to either sit on my shoulder/neck or stretch over to the side of my arm. I wore it both ways throughout the night. Cons: the zipper was hard to zip about half way up due to the seam that separates the top from the skirt. Had to put the dress on backwards and then spin it around because I didn’t have anyone to help me. Thankfully the part that wraps around the shoulder neck area was loose enough for me to pull it over my head once fully zipped. Not anything bad to say about this dress. It will definitely be one I wear again.

Great turn around time with delivery and shipment! I am PICKY when it comes to dresses. The affordable prices without compromising quality is so hard to find, but not with this dress. I was beyond impressed and LOVED this dress. It fit like a dream. There is a layer of fabric from the neck line all the way down in the front that is basically its own flowy attached piece, but separate from the more formed fitting main body of the dress that added such a beautiful flowy layer. Added a simplistic and elegant look and feel to the front while still having the beautiful fabric exposed back design on the back of the dress. I felt beautiful and it was the perfect dress for a beach wedding as it flowed so beautifully! I don’t know if I have ever felt more beautiful and elegant all at the same time. There are so many “bridesmaids/women’s wedding guest” dress sites out there and unless you’re spending an arm and a leg for a one time dress, or you’d spend this price at a different site and get low quality…Lulu’s is different. I got a dress for $99 and felt like a million bucks. I will HAVE to find more excuses to wear this again because it was just that good.
