If I could give your product zero stars, I would! I ordered 80 Holiday photo cards and only received 63. Not only that, but 59 of them came cut in the wrong place, so part of the bottoms were cut off and 3mm of white was showing on the tops! The cards had shreds of hairlike paper shedding everywhere and the whole stack came as if they had been bent around a wide tube and would not lay flat! Oh, it keeps going!...The gold foil on the inside all of the envelopes was bunched up on one side so it created a lump through the envelope and 5 of the envelopes had a huge black streak across the names/addresses. This was the WORST experience I have ever had and DO NOT recommend using Minted. The fact that I didn't even get my full order and had to choose 17 people out of my family & friends that were not going to receive a card this year, was bad enough, but an incomplete order and the horrible unexceptable poor quality and lack of care put into these! I called customer service and waited an hour for them to pick up and they never did - so their customer service sucks too!!!!!

Minted completely lied about delivery dates for my Christmas cards that I ordered on Cyber Monday. Free shipping gave an expected arrival of December 11th so I chose that option as even if it was a day or 2 late I would still have time to get in the mail before my family leaves on vacation. I did not receive ANY updated information from them on changes to arrival date until the expected arrival came and went with no cards. I checked status online and it now says EXPECTED (not even guaranteed!) arrival to be December 17th!!! 6 full days almost a week past when I was told at purchase it would arrive for something as time sensitive as Christmas cards is inexcusable. Something similar happened last year and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered earlier to avoid issues and yet here we are again. Now we may not even get them out before we leave for vacation soIll be asking for a full refund. Had their expected delivery date gave a range that extended to December 17th I would have aid for expedited shipping however they falsely made me believe they would arrive with plenty of time and didn’t even reach out to notify me it no longer would and offer free overnight shipping. Will never use them again.

Please do not do business with Minted! I had a horrible experience trying to get my wedding invitations ordered. Rude, unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and just really poor business practices. DO NOT USE MINTED FOR ANY OF YOUR PRINTING NEEDS. Somehow only 1 day before placing our order, the artist pulled the design we were working with, so after a call with customer service they indicated they could still print our design but I would need to enter the order using a different design and ask the design team to reference the original desgin. Once ordered, I was bounced around to SIX different customer service folks, none of whom seemed to know what the previous person was asking. Ultimately after an HOUR long call after several fruitless emails I was told that to actually get the desgin we wanted it would be an extra $198 to get "custom foil" even though that was included in the original design. This is a total rip-off! I was also told that I could contact the artist directly to appeal for them up re-upload the design.....I'm sorry but aren't YOU the one the artist is working with?? Never once in the process was it offered for me to speak with a manager, and in no point during the process did they try to meet me in the middle and honor the price of the origianl design. One customer service rep told me "do you want this or not?" once they shared the updated pricing. Rude, unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and just really poor business proactices. I will NOT be sending hundreds of dollars to a company that treats its customers like an afterthought. Please avoid using Minted and save yourself the headache (and the $$$).

I ordered 40 Christmas cards on 11/22. I received them on 12/6. I was only sent 31 cards. I contacted customer service right away. They were apologetic and said they would work on getting me the final nine from my order. I waited an additional one and a half weeks to get the rest of my order. When I finally got the replacement order in the mail, I opened the envelope and it was totally and completely empty. The rest of my cards won’t be delivered now until after Christmas, if I can even get them out before New Years. Im disgusted. I have been waiting on the phone for customer service for over an hour. I used to think that Minted was an amazing company, with beautiful designs and a prestige product. What the heck happened?!

The process is designing our holiday cards was incredibly easy. There were so many choices - and once we decided on a design, it was also easy to make slight changes. The finished cards were beautiful, as were the addressed envelopes. The finished cards arrived five days ahead of schedule and were nicely presented. Minted kept us informed every step of the way, too. From the proof to the delivery date. The whole experience was top notch!
