There is no note telling customer not to be shipped to other address unless pay by PayPal. The orders were taken then cancelled after that for reason was not be able to pay. But the main reason was stated on the first line, and I’d to call customer support 3 times to get to the bottom. Also I paid for 2nd shipping and didn’t get my order 4 days later.

Honestly, my experience wasn’t great. Shipping at Moda Operandi costs $15. I figured this would mean I’d get my item super quickly at least, since most other luxury retailers don’t charge for shipping. I was originally given a delivery date of July 7. That day came and went without so much as a shipping notification. It wasn’t until I contacted customer support that my dress shipped. It finally arrived on July 15, in a dress bag that was too short for my dress, causing some weird folds on the bottom, and in a box that looked like it had been punched a few times before getting to me. The dress itself was gorgeous and the CSA I spoke to was great, but otherwise this experience sucked. My first and last time shopping here.

I love your selection of designers, your fast delivery and your lovely packaging. Unfortunately I had to return the Agua by Agua bendita dresses I ordered, because their sizes are ridiculous. The most of the times I am a medium size, sometimes small and sometimes large. But when I ordered the Agua by agua bendita dress I loved, I did it in medium size. The dress was too small and the only size up available was the extra large. I ordered the XL dress and I can’t believe I wasn’t able to close the zipper!!! I have so many designers piéces in my closet and almost all of them are medium. Once and again some are small and some large. But such a small dress labeled as an extra large is just ridiculous. I am so sorry I had to return the pieces. However since you are great as a company, I will be back. Loves, Blanca

I feel like this is probably the worst place I shopped ever. My usual go to places are Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, or Matchesfashion. Never had a problem with any of them and the customer service was always superb. Here I decided to place an order for a silk top for my birthday (other places sold the same top and idk why I decided to shop at Moda Operandi). They charged me $15 shipping to ship from NJ to CA which is fine given that the item would arrive here on time. The item clearly got lost and I reached out to their customer service to see what could be done about it. I got a very generic response and clearly Kyle who was responding to my message never even bothered to look into my issue. Now and have three days to find something for my birthday party which we can all agree is a little annoying and there is no help coming from Moda Operandi. Moral of this story is, there are much better places to shop with less issues and more supportive customer service.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses. Not my first time using the site, just the first time using this email address ( thanks to autofill). FedEx delivered the wrong package to my home. My ring doorbell showed the delivery which was a huge heavy box, not sunglasses. I opened a case with FedEx so that they can try to locate my package, after 4 days, I called Moda Operandi customer service. I explained what happened to the rep, he repeated twice that Fedex said it was delivered. He stated that another team would get back to me and ended the call. His tone was accusatory and failed to show empathy. I left the call out of $230, without sunglasses and disdain for Moda O. Customer service shold be trained and their shipping services updated. I will be sure to call everyday until I get my glasses or money back. I never had a problem like this in the past and I am highly disappointed.
