Not everything here is meant to stay put, but all our pieces are designed to be lived with, moved through, and settled into over time.

Our performance upholstery is designed to handle the moments that usually make people nervous about lighter pieces. Spills stay on the surface instead of soaking in, cleanups take seconds, and the fabric holds up to everyday use without losing its look or feel. You don’t have to think twice about actually living on it.

Miami moves with its own rhythm. It’s a place where design, landscape, and everyday life naturally intersect. At Modloft, that same rhythm continues inside the home. Clean lines, sculptural forms, and materials chosen with intention create spaces that feel grounded in the environment around them. Rooted in Florida. Designed for modern living.

You can love a piece and still choose it strategically. Inside the showroom, these decisions rarely start with “what’s your style?” They start with how the room functions, how much light it gets, whether the ceilings are low, whether the walls are charcoal instead of white. A wood bed and an upholstered bed don’t behave the same against dark gray walls. A low-profile platform doesn’t create the same visual line as a taller headboard in a room with limited height. Warm wood nightstands tell a different story high-gloss lacquer does. Performance fabric lives differently than smooth eco-leather in a high-traffic home. In the Modloft showroom, we guide by context first, because the right piece is the one that still feels intentional five to ten years from now. Tell us your setup: wall color, ceiling height, kids or pets, natural light. We’ll tell you what we’d choose.

You can scroll furniture. You can’t scroll atmosphere. Our showroom is a fully realized environment: curated, layered, and intentional. It’s designed to be experienced in person. In a city defined by light, texture, and bold architecture, modern living deserves to be felt at full scale. The way natural light moves across stone. The way materials respond to humidity. The way space opens, breathes, and settles. Come step inside our showroom.

"We cancelled the order and got a prompt refund."More

We were excited to order the Bayard Bookshelf and waited 4 months for its arrival. It looked great on the site. But when it was delivered, it came damaged so it was returned to Modloft. Customer Service was great but we were told it would take another 2-3 months to receive another bookshelf. We cancelled the order and got a prompt refund. We hope to buy from Modloft at a later date but, for now, we will wait until delivery times are more expedient.Less
