Not only is the jacket amazing, but the customer service was top-notch! From the moment I placed my order to delivery, everything went smoothly. They were quick to respond to my questions and made sure I felt taken care of. Shipping was pretty quick, and the packaging was perfect—no issues at all. I really like that Noize is a vegan company. Ordering from them was really easy and the selection is solid. I have ordered 2 jackets and bathing suit from their website. My first coat order was a large black puffer which I’m obsessed with. It keeps me very warm while walking around New York City in the winter. The bathing suit was also nice, though I don’t recommend if you have a larger chest. The second coat I got was a long fur coat. Despite getting a small, the jacket was so oversized the sleeves went way below my hands and I looked like a child playing dress up in adults clothes. I was able to return for store credit only which was a bummer. Overall though I really like Noize and would recommendLess
