I cannot strongly enough express how much you should stay away from ordering anything from OnePlus. I bought a phone, watch and earbuds in my order, with a trade-in of my very good condition z fold 4 for a $350 trade-in, everything fully functional. Paid full price on everything. After receiving the phone in a destroyed box that they sent me pictures of they said that the trade-in is not worth $11. I emailed them about 25 times over the course of the next two weeks in response to their messages rejecting the trade in and demanding my phone back and they told me they've already disposed of it and they refused to honor the trade in value. They use shipping labels that are completely uninsured and will not honor any trade-in value no matter how badly the shipment shows up on their end. I repeatedly demanded arbitration dispute which they flat out ignored despite mandatory acceptance being a clause in their terms and conditions. They had a choice of either filing arbitration or just giving me the pittance of a refund that was promised to me and they refused both. While this fiasco was going on, my OnePlus buds pro 3 case experienced thermal runaway while charging the case, using their own branded charger and cable, melting the buds inside of the case, destroying a backpack, and they would not replace them until I shipped them the damaged case and earbuds with leaking battery by FedEx. I refused to do that because FedEx would make me entirely liable for shipping hazardous products and for nearly two months they refused to budge on this before "doing me a courtesy" of replacing them. This company cannot be trusted to honor their own terms and conditions, the trade in valuations, and there's a painfully obvious language barrier you will immediately encounter should you ever need support. Run away. Far away.

Don't waste your time your money your patience or your Sanity on this company or its SUBPAR products. The OnePlus 12 is a POS and SO is the COMPANY! About a month after I opened the box, I was gently using my fingernail to clean a 1/2" bit of grime from the edge of the screen and MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN POPPED OFF THE PHONE.. lengthwise to the opposite side! I screamed like a little a child, pressed the screen down as fast as I could and prayed. NO luck. It didn't seal all the way and stuff has gotten under the screen and I've been going back and forth with customer service and they're telling me that because this MANUFACTURER FLAW did Not appear FIFTEEN DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE... all THEY can do is have me send my phone in for REPAIRS with REFURBISHED PARTS! You CANNOT get a refund OR a replacement phone! OnePlus' solution !!🤬!! Send the phone back for REPAIRS... (with REFURBISHED PARTS!) in spite of the fact that New issues arise DAILY because of the DEFECTIVE Seal. NO ONE I have spoken with will budge on giving me a replacement. So my BRAND NEW OnePlus 12 PHONE (2 months old) is going to be (how well is Anyone's guess) "REPAIRED" using REFURBISHED parts. This is Completely UNACCEPTABLE. VERY UNHAPPY - ONE TIME ONLY - ONEPLUS CUSTOMER )!

I bought the oneplus open and had nothing but screen issues, it definitely doesn't worth $1600. It was the biggest waste I've had. Screen issues, screen not that bright or as good as oneplus 7pro like I thought it would be even better for that price. Hardware issues and volume issues and very bad customer service. I had a $250 Motorola phone and when I had issues with the volume button they replaced it for free and they sent me a phone to use until they get it fixed, and that was almost a year after I had the phone, but my oneplus open screen went bad in less then a month and they would refund the money or exchange it or even send me another one to use until they fix it nit to maintain I paid for the extra 2 years warranty, and thy said to ask a friend or a family member to laon me a phone! Very un professional request. And it took them over one month to fix it then 2 weeks later the screen start acting up again and I didn't even use it more the 3 times! So I paid $1600 for a phone that I didn't even get to enjoy. Now I didn't even turn it on because I'm looking to trad it because I don't want to even mess with it again and I lost interest in it. Very bad deal and it doesn't worth more than $500.

Avoid OnePlus. Order discount code was misapplied and instead of correcting to make it correct, OnePlus cancelled the order. I had already ordered a case and screen protector and since OnePlus would not correct THEIR MISTAKE, then I ended up cancelling the order and sent back the case and screen protector. CS thru phone is shady due to incongruent information from other CS reps. Also, their service center is in TX...Meaning if you do need to send in your phone for warranty or other repair you must send it to TX and await their return. NOT WORTH IT!

I received the phone and it works great like I would have expected. I never received the free case that was advertised. When I called customer service to complain that the case was not in my package they wanted me to submit a video of my package. Customer service was not any help. The bottom line was I have to prove I didn't get my free gift. Do not believe this company!
