Parrot Uncle

I’ve been on a mission to find a modern ceiling fan that didn’t look like it belonged in a 90s waiting room or cost the same as a weekend in Palm Springs. After weeks of scrolling through overpriced “designer” fans, I randomly found Parrot Uncle on the Shop app and wow, they really understood the assignment. This 65-inch Freda fan? Sleek. Stylish. That metal finish is chef’s kiss. It looks like it came straight out of an Architectural Digest spread. And the price? Way more reasonable than anything else I’d been eyeing. I thought there had to be a catch—but nope. The real plot twist? I’m in SoCal and it showed up two days later. TWO. DAYS. I didn’t even have time to second-guess myself. Bottom line: If you’re after a modern fan that doesn’t scream “builder grade” and actually feels worth what you pay (and then some), this is the one. Parrot Uncle, you’ve got a fan for life. Pun 100% intended.

The online store was great, the ceiling fan itself was exactly what I was looking for and needed, but the customer service has been terrible. A 6-inch downrod was missing from one of my two packages. I contacted customer service via email. I have been emailing with customer service for two weeks and still have not received my missing item. When I get responses from them, it is never during business hours and it will be 24 hours later until I hear back and between 12am - 2am. I have also called, but it's just a place to leave a message. The other box had all the parts, and we successfully installed it. It looks great, it works great, it was just as advertised. But the customer service experience thus far, has not been helpful and will make me think twice on purchasing from Parrot Uncle again.

I ordered 2 of the 100” fans (no light) for my garage before Xmas. They arrived within a week. I didnt get a chance to install them for a couple of months. They've been working flawlessly 24/7 for a couple of weeks now. They move air well - not a heavy wind, but more like a breeze - keeping the air circulating but not blowing your things around. Mine are 15’ in the air and 40’ apart. They’ve been getting the heat off the ceiling and down to the floor. When it warms up later in the season, we’ll get them reversed for blowing down to the ground. They seem to be a good value for the money. Hanging and assembling them was straightforward. The quality of the hardware and the instructions were good. The remote control works from a good distance away and I have 1 remote controlling both fans simultaneously. You can have 1 remote independently for each, if you chose to though. I’m only 2 weeks in, so I can’t report on longevity just yet, but can report back if there are issues.

Absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase! The ceiling fan I ordered arrived promptly and was even more stunning in person. Assembly was straightforward with the provided instructions. Now it's installed, and it works perfectly! It's whisper-quiet, powerful, and has become the beautiful centerpiece of my space. The airflow is fantastic, and the remote control is very convenient. Overall, a flawless experience from start to finish. Great product, great website, and great service. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for quality ceiling fans!

I purchased 2 fans for my shop very excited seeing your adds all over Facebook .. one showed up just fine, July contractor who is licensed installed both fans . One fan was missing remote and does not work at all . I sent email in and only response was to send pics back of box it came in I have tried for days calling and calling g to talk to customer support and all I get is a voicemail . I have sent another email today begging for a response so I can get my situation resolved. I am very unsatisfied and hoping for a resolution (Communication)
