I liked the overall quality of the patches, they were very nice. However, I paid an extra twenty for it to be delivered a lot faster than it would've been. The package didn't come until ten days after I ordered. And I ordered for two-day delivery. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely rude and didn't offer a refund because I ordered it after 8:59 PM. This was a bad experience and held up my job.

I paid for expedited shipping and the product took longer than a week to ship. Customer service failed to assist in any way. Despite shipping taking even longer than the standard shipping option they refused to seek any resolution. Can’t speak to the quality of the product because it still hasn’t arrived. Would recommend seeking a company with better customer support.

Did not receive a patch that I purchased. Horrible customer support they told me to check with my carrier. I purchased an item from patch collection not the carrier wouldn’t you think they would try to make it right and look into it instead of making it feel like your on your own now? Not a good way to do business in my opinion. I messaged them back asking if they would make it right and have not gotten a response back. 10 dollar loss no big deal But for all you trying to order off this site be aware they don’t care about good business they want to charge your card and forget about they’re end of the deal. Sketchy BAD BUSINESS!!

I order patches online a lot. I’ve ordered patches from Patch Collection a few times. Their selection has always been very large, but I’d say they have the biggest online selection now. The quality of their patches is phenomenal too and they have the best prices on custom patches. I bought a custom one for the first time and I wasn’t expecting it to look this good. I’ll definitely keep ordering from them.

Had some issues getting my order, seems the USPS misplaced it or delivered it to the wrong address. Called customer service and spoke with Rick, he just checked on my order info and my address, apologized for the inconvenience (even though it wasn't his fault) and told me he will send my order again. I received my patches and the quality is excellent. Great product and excellent customer service.👍🏻👍🏻
