Placed an order Oct 4th. Still hasn’t shipped Nov 13. They are giving the same automated response to users that reach out to them. “ Hi there! We appreciate you reaching out, even though we are ashamed to realize it is regarding the same matter. In fear of sounding like a broken record, I have to repeat myself to state that the warehouse delay is still ongoing. We recently moved our main warehouse location to Cirro, California. Sadly, the change has been pretty challenging for us as a company to handle, and because of it, your order remains delayed and hasn't shipped yet. I know you're upset. As a customer, I'd be furious with the vague statements and delays, too. With that said, I should give you a definitive date of shipment, but we do not have it yet. Some delayed orders take longer to ship than others, and yours could be shipped tomorrow or take a few weeks. I've requested the assistance of the warehouse staff for your order to be shipped as soon as it is possible. The volume of requests from our team to theirs is not light either, but we want you to know we're aware of what is happening to your order, and we're working on it. I might sound helpless right now, but we're making every thing in our power as a team to make this as seamless as it can be for you. We would really appreciate your understanding on this, as we assure you the package will be sent and you will get its tracking number as soon as it is on its way. We comprehend that the lack of a definitive date of shipment might be the breaking point for you, so let us know if you'd like the order to be canceled. Otherwise, we will be glad to refund you 25% of your order total out of gratitude for your patience with the strong delay we're suffering. I hope this email has enlightened how we are dealing with such an unfortunate delay. I expect your reply on how you'd like to proceed on this matter. I'll do my best to turn this situation around with what has been previously stated. I appreciate your patience, and I agree with the standpoint that getting your items should be a much easier deal. Awful. Items ordered were not what was in my cart. Ordered 1 case and 1 matching pop socket. 2 cases were invoiced. Contacted customer service within 12 hours. Could not fix. Told would need to send back. Took a week to come. Came and the product is flimsy plastic and cheap screen print. Had to fill out form to return. Wait days for approval. Then Pay to ship back. It was a system error on your part not only because what was ordered wasn’t what was invoiced but also on package slip there were 4 items listed and only 2 items in box . Plus you should be ashamed of the items you sent. $45 for a flimsy case and poor quality screen print. ! Looks nothing like the photo on website or product advertised on IG. This whole process cost me time, inconvenience, trip to post office and nearly $10 in postage. Still haven’t even gotten refund and I emailed a photo of the tracking number like instructed.

Popsockets are, without a doubt, the smartphone gripper on the market. I have tried all types to aid holding, propping, stabilizing with a car attachment to fitting in a phone sleeve, pocket or holder on medical or athletic equipment. Popsocket is the clear winner. The collapsible design allows it to slide into pockets, vehicle slots, or waterproof sport bags easily. No hand fatigue or digging into skin. An adhesive Popsocket grip can turn any ordinary phone easel into a Popsocket phone stand. I have removed every kickstand, ring and knock-off phone grip from all my cases and replaced them with genuine Popsockets. Never knew the website shopping was available to the public until last week. I picked up a bargain for my Christmas phone cover. Thank you for the coupon toward my first website purchase. I have a suggestion/request: I'd love to see more clear bases on the interchangeable Popsocket line. Way too much black or solid colors that hide the artwork and graphics on most cases available now. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. All for a phone case that probably cost 20 cents to make and costs $40. I ordered on 7/16 and noticed a few hours later it somehow had the wrong shipping address. I admit fault by not reviewing the order although that’s never happened to me before since I haven’t lived at that address in over a decade. Anyways, I reached out to PopSocket through their website a few hours after the order was placed. I was hoping for a resolution. Instead, I got an email on 7/17 from Marion, customer advocate manager, starting with an intro with the usual corporate response but also stating “Your order has been processed too far for us to change the address”. It’s been roughly 24 hours. The other options were to either retrieve it from the wrong address or hope the people who live there return it back to PopSocket unless it gets shipped back on its own. Are you kidding me? It’s 2025 and there’s no process in place for this? I can’t imagine I’m the only person that’s done this no accident. The best part is I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email until 7/21. Based on when that shipping confirmation email came in, it seems crazy to me there is literally no way to stop or correct it on their end beforehand. I reached out to USPS and had to pay an additional $27 for package interception and go pick it up at a post office instead. Why did I pay $27? Because there was a high chance I wouldn’t be able to get it from the previous address, which means I would be out $40 anyways. I’ve been on customer service side of things for most of my life and I’m currently a senior / lead in a customer facing role. I would never present the options that were listed to me in that email. We also have this scenario happen with customers at my job and we have a few work arounds because of how often this happens. We didn’t use to, but due to the increased volume of this happening my company pivoted and put systems in place to mitigate issues for all parties involved. I will NEVER buy from this company again. $40 for a piece of plastic and this is the type of customer service you receive. Insane.

The product itself didn’t work out for me, but I want to specifically comment on the service experience. Shipping: Shipping took much longer than expected. I ordered on December 31st and didn’t receive the case until January 14th, which felt excessive for a single accessory. Returns & Customer Service: On the positive side, the return process was quick and easy. The customer service team was friendly, efficient, and made the return completely painless. Overall, slower-than-expected shipping brought the experience down, but the smooth return process and helpful service staff helped balance it out.
