love the product but i never received a purchase confirmation email even though the payment went through. i emailed customer service and they told me the order did go through and would be shipped soon. this was already a week after i purchased, website states that orders would be shipped in 3-5 business days. it was a custom order so i let it slide. another week passed without a shipping confirmation so i emailed again and they said it would ship the next day. i got a shipping confirmation the next day as i was told but it stayed on the “shipping label made” until the next day.Less
