Incredibly disappointed. Put an order in for a purse on Dec 5 with an estimated delivery being Dec 11/12. They finally shipped the product at Dec 11 which I def did not anticipate. I will be out of town by the time it gets here December 18. As a luxury brand, they should have been more transparent and email a follow up in the delay or even just expedite it since it was an inconvenience on their end. They stated they were sorry since the original fulfillment center didn’t have stock. I get that that can happen, but at least follow up with the customer via email. Instead they just say sorry and that is all they can do. Very disappointed with this experience and I honestly just want to return the bag and go spend my hard earned cash on another luxury brand

I was very pleased with product and overall experience. Packaging was professional cologne bag was a nice surprise but for me personally not necessary. Instead a Cologne description card maybe? Something that would allow new buyers to see exactly why the cologne smells good and what those ingredients are. Much like the website when you're purchasing the item, describes it in detail. It'd be nice to have something like that when you open the box. Just food for thought. Five stars. As expected from Prada.

Incredibly disappointed. I purchased the Cotton Fleece Leggings primarily for travel. I wore them for two flights and noticed pilling. Upon reaching out to Prada customer service, I was informed that this is typical wear. I’m sorry, but my Fendi joggers have been worn and laundered 10 times and show zero pilling. This is a cheap fabric choice and Prada makes no efforts to rectify the situation. They demonstrated a lack of customer care regarding the issue. If this is typical wear for their ready-to-wear clothing, I’m no longer adding to my collection.

Delivered later than estimated time. This's the second time I received a purse which was previously returned item. About 3 years ago I've returned that purse. I am not satisfied with prada service and I'll no longer purchase prada again.

Placed an order, never received a confirmation of shipment. I contacted Prada to ask what was going on. I received an email back almost a week later stating (verbatim) "notwithstanding a thorough research the item that appeared as available at the time you placed your order is no longer available. In light of this, we are really sorry to inform you that your order has been cancelled." Nice to know a week later when in the mean time I could have ordered this item else ware. Bad customer service coming from a luxury retailer.
