Really Good Stuff

I like the website: reliable, fast, convenient. I liked the ordering process: simple to navigate. I contacted customer service to ask what the process is for tax exempt orgs and my call was answered immediately and the lady was patient, knowledgeable and kind solving my problem in one minute. I would give 5 stars, but I think that adding a specific shipping timeframe would be much better than the current disclaimer. The items shipped directly came the next day but the ones from other partners I am still waiting for...I understand you can't control that but there must be a better way to do this (communicate to customers) I do not have a tracking number from partners so I do not know where my items are...

I ordered a rolling cart for my daughter's classroom. It was delivered promptly, in excellent condition & looked beautiful. However, the children's bins did not fit on the shelves so I had to return the cart. I called customer service several times but couldn't get through. So I emailed them detailing my problem. Still no response. I returned the cart at my own expense. The only way I knew it had been received at Really Good Stuff is because FedEx notified me. Today I received a notice from PayPal that RGS had issued a credit to my account. Still no word directly from RGS. I had hoped to at least receive an email or text from them saying they were processing the return. Excellent product but non-existent customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company.

All items were in stock and shipped quickly. I ordered Spanish language items for a faculty member: she was thrilled that they came so quickly, were packaged so well, and are of good quality. She's excited to begin using them in class with her students.

I have bought from you in the past and have always liked the quality of product. You asked for a review when I STILL haven't received my product that was ordered weeks ago. I get emails saying delay in shipping please check account for status update. My account says order completed?! I would really like my product or a refund.

This is one of many gift and game buys from Really Good Stuff, an activity for fun math practice with my grandkids, who are learning multiplication and division. I bought the "Make a Square" practice game because I loved doing that with my friends as a kid (without the math practice, of course). Teaching them this strategy game they can play anywhere with a piece of paper and a pencil as we are laughing and randomly searching for the product of the spinner math fact has been loads of fun! Not a speed drill, but an accuracy practice.
