I ordered Fiocchi Golden Pheasant shotgun shells. The order shipped in a timely manner, but you guys must do a better job of packing ammunition. The single strip of Scheels tape on the top seam of a 30 lb box of shotgun isn't enough. The tape was ripped open, 6 shotgun shell boxes were open and loose inside the opened box. Guys, that's not safe and you need to at least double tape all seams of live ammo that you ship. This same issue happened last year. I called the store manager who was apologetic and he said he would be sure to rectify the issue and he agreed it was unsafe. I will call the store manager and share the pics I took. All seams need to be double taped. That way, when Fiocchi boxes open (as they almost always do) they will at least stay in the box. YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!

I ordered a NEW ground blind. I paid for a NEW ground blind. When the blind arrived, it was clearly used. Dried dirt, scratches, scuffs, etc. I immediately called customer service and they promptly processed a return, which was great. The problem is that I was sent a used product. I had to repackage the blind, drive to my local drop off location, and ship it back. Now I wait until the replacement arrives, leaving me without an option this coming weekend to hunt out of. It also makes me wonder about the integrity of the person who clearly used the blind and then returned to for a refund. Kind of a DB move.

Two stars for delivery on time but the box was completely damaged, retained because the person that opened it didn’t give two s$@ about the delivery or handling. I haven’t opened yet because it’s a Christmas gift but best and believe the company/rep or whoever will be getting a call if the product is damaged. I was charged delivery and tax. I don’t work for free and the product should be handled with care when being shipped/delivered in the care of the third party.

The store where I lived had my size of shoe I wanted, Women’s ON Rodger Advantage for the price of $169.99 plus tax; however the pair was worn/used. Thus we ordered a pair in my size to come to my house. They came quickly, however; when I opened the Scheels box, the shoes were not in their original box, tied together at the kaces and once again worn/used. You could clearly see the dirt inside both pairs as well as bottoms. I am shocked they would even try to sell these shoes at either of the places for full price. What a disappointment. Now I need to research why they were returned.

If they have the items on hand they are great at shipping the items quickly. If they do not have the items on hand they are horrible at updating you. Instead... they just send you an email stating oops sorry we can't get the item you purchased and we are refunding you. I purchased a couple higher ticketed items that they were out in Fargo but had one left in another location they stated if I bought it they would send the one at the other location to me so I purchased it. Waited a week and nothing so i went to the store and they said yep its still coming. The next day I received an email stating sorry we are out of stock. This item was a time sensitive item that I could have been looking at different suppliers to purchase that entire time I was waiting... ended up purchasing something comparable but not what I wanted... and lastly purchased it from Scheels which I absolutely didn't want to do at the time. So I thought I'm going to give them another chance. I bought something again they didn't have in stock in Fargo but they did at another location. So here we are again its been two weeks and nothing. Definitely disappointed in Scheels and the lack of updating customers with real answers. Instead I'll just receive the email stating they don't have it. And yes I went to the store and they stated we have an item set to arrive... been a week now. Unfortunately this experience has ruined my stance on Scheels and their great customer service.
