The selection, site, and prices are excellent. My ties were shipped within a few hours of my order and were more beautiful than in the picture. Both the cotton and the silk of the tie are sumptuous, high quality fabric. I've taken a star off from this glowing review because of the misleading 'free shipping' offer. After numerous times over the last two years abandoning my cart, I finally realized that the free shipping offer only applies if you meet the threshold value using non-sales items. Anything that is discounted does not count to the total. This really put me off buying for a long time and has likely cost the vendor quite a few sales. Ultimately the ties were still a fair price after shipping but it still feels like I was being mislead.

The ordering process was good. Paid extra for faster delivery, was delivered as promised. The bow tie I bought for my lawyer is cute and funky, will fit him perfectly. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because I was very disappointed that the bow tie did not come in a box. It’s a silk tie. It makes t look cheap coming in a plastic bag. Now I have to look for a box. I would never give it to him in that plastic wrap. Tacky!! Other than that, I’m happy with Ties.com.

ZERO stars — like the ZERO response to my order, two support requests to find my order (on website and then via email). After this went through on my ApplePay, and even after it appeared on my credit card, there was no order confirmation. And then no response at all to support requests. It’s been several days and zero communication. Now you send a marketing feedback request??? Surely this is a huge joke. I’d This even a legit company?

I ordered a Turquoise Tie and a Turquoise pocket square and paid extra to get it shipped quicker. They both arrived fast and right on time. The problem was they sent me a Teal colored Tie and pocket square instead of Turquoise? What was odd is that the Teal colored Tie and pocket squares plastic wrapper both said Turquoise? After many, many, many attempts to talk to a human I finally did. I explained the scenario I posted above to her and she told me she wanted me to take a picture of them and send it? "I said why?" I told her "if you click on the Teal colored tie that's what I have, I need the Turqouise colored tie." This went on for quite a while until I finally took a pic and sent it. She then sent me a pic back of what they had there in the Turquoise package and it was also Teal colored? She tried to help me find one to no avail so I told her I might as well send them back as they don't match my shirt. I then hung up and started looking more at their products and realized that they had a Tie in Aqua color that was pretty close to what I needed. After many, many, many attempts with emails phone calls and instant messages I finally got through and the girl told me she would ship the ones that were Aqua Immediately and she did. I also ended up keeping the Teal colored ones as it matched a shirt I am going to wear to another occasion. In all honesty when I finally did talk to a person she was very helpful and nice and their products are high quality. I would also like to say that they ship fast and send you tracking numbers immediately and let you know when the order is moving along. I do like their products the whole problem for me was the color was wrong and didn't match the pic on their website and to get a hold of someone was painful to put it mildly. All in all even after the problems I would order from them again because the products are nice, but I do have to admit the color problem scares me a little.

I ordered on Sunday and received in the mail on Thursday. That’s the good part. Never got confirmation of my order after placing the order. Left two emails that were never responded to and tried to leave a voicemail but the box was full. I was beginning to wonder if they were still in business. Product ordered was great.
