I buy directly from Ugg whenever I can. The shipping and returns are easy! Online reviews and sizing suggestions help me choose my best fit & reduce my need to have a return. Nearest Ugg store unfortunately is 4 hours round trip for me now. There are some stores and outlets with the brand, but I'm skeptical of whether it's authentic if it's not a major department store. I bought a shoe from Ugg.com that was amazing! Sold out of my size. Bought a second pair from a said authorized company and the difference side by side was laughable if you had an authentic of the same one in hand like I did. Stitching was poor in the inside with seams not sealed, tag NOT looking authentic, made in a different country, even the box and packaging was off... I always go direct to Ugg.com now. Best way to get the best! & not waste your time getting burned elsewhere with a poorly made questionable product. Thank You Ugg!Less

I had Ugg rewards I wanted to get best bang for my buck. Thus I chose Tasman slipper in white and chose to deliver to store in Ontario Mills. They were really nice and efficient they even put my purchase in a bag. It was a bonus. The shoe is comfortable but it has room for the inserts I might just find my ankle pads instead.Less
