I appreciate the prompt refund of my money for the non-operating heating pad that I ordered and found that it doesn't charge to heat. BUT, I asked CS to tell me if I should order another, or if they were all suspected of being non-operating. I never received an answer. I would have ordered another, but I didn't feel confident enough to risk it, having gotten no response from your company. Very poor follow-up to my problem. Follow-up: I'm so happy to have gotten a direct answer to my question! Not as happy to be told that the products DO seem to be faulty and not recommended to order another. However, knowledge is power! So I move on, feeling resolved. Thanks! 2nd Follow-up! I risked it and bought another. This one works fine. And I could determine that what was nonfunctioning with the first one was the water bag; so now I have 2 chargers. (Wish it had been otherwise.) In fact, I'm wearing it now on the back of my neck. It comes off the charger almost too hot; wrapped in a tea towel makes if perfect. And it holds the heat for a very long time. The lumpy heating parts inside the bag are necessary but unfortunate.

Despite being only a couple years old, not exposed to the elements, and sporting fresh batteries, my old digital deadbolt refused to open via either keypad or mobile app, leaving me locked out of my townhouse twice in a single week! Just out of the hospital, I didn't care to risk another lock-out for myself or visitors, so checked out UntilGone.com for potential replacement systems. Paid +/- $150 for the old system and was pleased to find two similarly-featured items on offer for 1/3 that price. Comparing apples to apples & functions vs. fluff, I ordered a Hugolog touchscreen smart deadbolt (Model HU04) for about $45 all-in. As always with UntilGone, ordering & paying on-line was hassle-free. Order placed on Sunday w/projected arrival a week later, but I was pleasantly surprised when the lock arrived just 3 days later! Took longer to figure out how to remove the old deadbolt system than it did installing the new. Its early, but so far I'm pleased/impressed with the Hugolog. It's very solidly made and comes with a 1 year electronics/lifetime mechanical warranty. You can configure up to 20 programmed pin codes (4-10 characters; power outage/dead batteries--you can emergency access via a USB connection; Bluetooth built in, so unlock using either a pin or your smartphone (using the Hugolog App); there's a stylish, illuminated touchscreen keypad; and the motorized deadbolt can be programmed to auto relock. Lock comes with all necessary mounting hardware, a drill template if needed, and easy-to-follow installation instructions. You'll have to provide 3 AAA batteries for operation, a Phillips screwdriver, and maybe a drill (if this is a first-time install for your door). After the DIY, download/install the app on your smartphone and relax in your secured home.

I've been a customer for at least a decade going back to the Yugster days so I speak based on my collective experience. For the record, IMO UG is an "impulse purchase" platform and not a "shopping" platform so my comments are from that point of view. PROS 1) Ordering is quick and fairly easy; I can't remember ever having a problem. 2) In all the years, I had to contact CS about a dozen times. In nearly all the cases, the issue was resolved in a single email, in a professional manner, and the result was fair and equitable. I'm not sure why there are so many CS complaints but I suspect many are from people that had no intention on keeping the product in the first place. 3) Shipping and delivery have always been relatively fast and trouble-free except during that COVID thing! CONS 1) No pricing in the emails forcing me to waste my time clicking thru... 2) Descriptions are exactly the same as the MFG website (if you can find it), right down to the typos! I suspect the MFG enters the product data which, if true would be fine, however someone at UG should review the info and edit/add from the customer's perspective. Way too often, a critical spec or detail that is important to many users is missing. If I'm REALLY interested in the product, this forces me to research elsewhere and wastes my time so I usually bail the cart. The copywriter should look at it as if they were going to buy it themselves, and a direct link to the MFG website would be very helpful. 3) The Marketing email preferences are terrible and separate from the UG Account. All I want is a single daily deal of new products only and no matter what I've tried, I still get 2 or 3 emails a day, each overlapping on many products and most of those are "old". If I want to see old product, I'll browse the site - stop wasting my time. I just unsubscribed from all and we'll see how that goes after a few weeks. I look forward to seeing if UG will respond to this and if they really meant "We would like to remind you that writing a review of your experience will help us improve our customer satisfaction...All reviews (whether good, bad, or otherwise) will be posted on Trustpilot.com to help other people make more informed decisions."

UntilGone has been a surprisingly great experience! They are regularly updating their products & with great deals & prices. The JunkBoxes are a favorite of mine! I like the mystery experience and always receive useable items even when not the typical ‘winning’ items. If you don’t purchase anything else from here, when they have the awesome deals on AAA & AA batteries, you won’t want to miss that deal! Better than you’ll find in any store! When you’ve gotten tired of searching Amazon or Facebook marketplace, there is A LOT here to check out and ever changing great deals on UntilGone . You won’t regret it!

Generally, in my experience, their products are lower quality "Chinese junk", or refurbished & you have no way of finding out who or where the stuff was refurbished, so it's likely done in China. I've purchased a number of items from them & stopped 'cause there's so many places you can purchase online for less money & equal or better products. 04/19/24 update m-m As expected, following is this company response to my less than nice, but honest review...
