I received a Zappos credit so I can order shoes for work. I placed my order on a friday and was advised it would arrive on Wednesday. I’m happy to say shipping was amazingly fast! I got my shoes a day early. I received constant updates and my shoes were delivered by Amazon. They fit perfectly! I had to order the composite toe. I ordered a pair of work boots and they are super comfy!!! Definitely a safety toe so if something happens my feet are protected. Even more amazing I got them for a great price as the shoes were on sale! I just wish I could have ordered two pairs for work online. No matter how I tried I could use my credit all the way for two pairs.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am very disappointed. I purchased these boots as brand new, but they arrived with visible scratches and scuff marks on the toe area. This is not acceptable for a new product, especially for work boots that are expected to be in perfect condition upon delivery. The packaging did not properly protect the boots, and it appears they were either previously handled, worn, or poorly stored before shipment. This does not meet basic quality standards. I am requesting either a replacement or a full refund, as the product does not match the condition described at the time of purchase.

My first attempt at ordering resulted in a delivered package that wasn’t to my address, yet they didn’t offer to expedite the replacement order ensure it would arrive by Christmas, but luckily it did which was the only thing that went right with the whole process. The replacement order sent was a whole size too small then customer service couldn’t even read my information well enough and assumedI received the wrong color and I had to correct them. Then asked if I wanted to be added to a mailing list when the item came back in stock. Don’t waste your time making a purchase with this company!

The delivery is super fast, as far as for the shoes it’s too early to say something but one thing I know is this shoes run bigger, they are 1 1/2 inches bigger on my feet. However, I would like to try wearing them because they did not seems to hurt my feet. I am hoping that they are comfortable. If I find them comfortable I will make another survey. Thank you Zappo for fast delivery

1st order was used shoes in a ziploc bag. BUT customer service made return easy with discount for inconveniences and new shoes received, in a shoe box excellent! Happy with product and very happy with handling of original problem. Thank you!! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they allowed used shoes in a baggy to ship. My first order with zappos
