Need 5 negative stars!!Customer Service: I had difficulties in reaching helpful customer service representatives, agents being unhelpful, slow to respond, and unresponsive across phone, email, and live chat channels. This is a corporate plot to trick buyers out of their money and the agents are dupes unaware of this. The binder they read out of is meant to be vague and favor the company Zara over the customer. Zara corporate has disconnected their phones to headquarters the stores dont have it either. The stores cant refund or find receipts if the text/email only receipt system fails (as it did me). I cant return a jacket I dont want because their system failed, but I charged it and have tracking at my bank. Zara will not use my bank information to give me back my money. Shipping and Delivery: I was told my order was not there when it had been in the store the entire time- information not being applied correctly. In-Store Experience: In physical store they try so hard to accommodate gave me customer service to call since the corporate headquarters created a system to provide poor service. Product Quality & Sizing: the jacket received is a small or medium I ordered xl sizing the state on the site they have inconsistencies. I asked that they send me a new xl size at their expense. The Dupes often look like the real designer duds, that the draw! This is how they get such low ratings and stay in business. It's often not the stores fault, its always corporates fault!!

This is my first time shopping within the Zara brand. It arrived earlier than expected and the day before Christmas I’m a plus size aging woman who already have inner confidence. I wanted something to reflect and this first purchase has me melting in smiles. My coat is an XL with more than enough room for layering or comfortable enough to be wrapped in a beautiful dress. This review receives infinite stars. It reminds me of the modern coat 🧥 from the 70’s I’ve been looking for. I was doubting if anyone even made coats like this quality anymore. The hood was the added bonus. I love snow ❄️ and can confirm I’d definitely be warm in this. The color is more neutral than the picture which put me in the mindset of cream. It still a gem that joined my collection. Don’t buy here based on reviews on YT please try them yourself. Everyone is shaped different & what works for one may not for the other. This coat passes my knees and I’m a comfortable AA size 16/18 tops, 42 bra (Nordstrom Elomi) and this coat (I’m flat no hips & dips lol) wraps around comfortably with arms raised or lowered. Pockets are deep enough for a small wristlet or wallet if you must. No weird smells.

I am a frequent Zara shopper and have spent a significant amount with this brand over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My most recent order (2 items totaling $113) at Zara.com was marked as delivered. When I clicked “track shipment,” I was redirected to GoBolt, where it showed a photo of the package left in my building lobby — a public area — despite my apartment number clearly being listed on the label. Needless to say, I never received the package. When I contacted Zara via both chat and phone, I was repeatedly told that the courier confirmed delivery to the address provided. I even sent them the photo clearly showing it was left unattended in a public lobby, yet they continued to repeat the same scripted response. I was then told to contact GoBolt directly, with no real guidance or support. When I asked whether Zara would be refunding me or issuing a credit, I received no clear answer — just another automated-style message stating that the courier confirmed delivery. As a loyal Zara customer, I am sorely disappointed. There was zero accountability, zero ownership, and absolutely no meaningful customer service. For a company of Zara’s size, this level of support is unacceptable. Customers should not be left chasing down third-party couriers for packages that were improperly delivered. I expected better.

Dear ZARA Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally report a deeply disappointing experience that occurred today at your ZARA store in Houston Memorial City Mall. While I was shopping in the children's section, the store manager behaved in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I was selecting clothes and trying to match colors and sizes for my child when the manager suddenly came over, pulled the clothes off my stroller, damaged the stroller, and put the items back in the closet behind the customer service She told me I must leave the clothes there and that I could only buy them after deciding. I politely explained that I was still choosing and checking sizes, but she started yelling and using offensive language, telling us to leave the store and calling the police to remove us. This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable. I have always respected ZARA for its quality products and global reputation for style and service, but this experience was unlike anything I have ever encountered in any ZARA store worldwide. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. I kindly ask that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior does not happen again. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed.

Purchased a Christmas gift for my son on 12/6/25. Order delivered on 12/8/25. I wrapped it and sent it to my son to open on Christmas Day. He loved the jacket but it was fleece lined and a bit too warm for him. He attempted to make an in-store exchange this past weekend only to be told it was outside their 30 day return window and they make no exceptions. I can’t believe this company does not offer a courtesy extension on holiday gift giving. Tried to contact their customer service only to get a flat out “NO”. We will never do business with Zara again and will share our negative experience we had with everyone we know. What a horrible customer service experience.
